That is correct. If they played the season previous to he WC they are allowed in.

Same situation. The key is that only 1 player is “free” which is the GM player. Since they “paid” for Rayne already it’s the same as your new player becoming the GM player of Quebec.

I personally don't like a scale under 70 for the simple reason of 70 is achievable with the starting TPE. Don't want to throw new guys into the deep end too much by having to teach them about the update scale and stuff literally from the moment of their creation.

He was on Ottawa, I know that. Not sure where his page was. Again, I went through every roster to make the draft list. Unless he was listed as the wrong season or something.

I’ve got 1 at 90, 2 at 80 and I think another at 70 with 40 banked and I’m still under 300. I would say things feel about where they realistically should. It’s challengig but only at the really high end (90+) where the effect of each attribute point is less pronounced anyway.

He easily would have been had I caught it. I went through all the roster pages to make the draft list because I knew that a bunch of people were missing but somehow I didn’t get @Tim, no idea how. Probably the steal of the draft for Riga.
