No difference in cap. Since the partnered welfare is only for the SBA and the EFL it runs the same way their partnered stuff does. You get the 6 and have no additional weekly cap hits. Pay for reviewing is still limited to 2 per week as of now since we didn’t discuss offering more but we’ll look into it. Your pay has head goes up by 1 TPE.

If it were just for other sim leagues or whatever it’s different but for a paid ad on facebook they want something that oozes quality, I get that. Kendrick can't directly claim stuff like being used for a PT and things but I can so let’s make this a bit easier shall we? Any submission can absolutely be used as a PT on top of receiving uncapped TPE for the task. Every submission will receive at least 2 TPE with the best one receiving up to 10 TPE. I leave it at Kendrick’s discretion for what he wants to pay out. This is important for the league so let’s make it clear that it’s important. Is that clear enough on the pay for everyone? Now, for the clarity on quality. @Kendrick if you have a better idea of what you’d like now and are willing to give the GFX makers a better idea I’m sure someone can come up with something. Is that good enough detail for everyone?

Personally I would have preferred to keep welfare at 4 but it was decided that we wanted to keep rewarding people via Pension. Most don't do radio or buy the upgrades so you are a bit of an outlier there. We will have to see how things are going and potentially tweak some numbers around later if we see a lack of PT's being done. Like I said, I would imagine most people who take welfare won't be doing any other tasks so it's likely a natural separation between active PT people and welfare guys will still emerge.

I don’t think you quite read everything in your skimming. The Update scale increased not because of the partnership but because of the new forms of ways to earn TPE and the increase in 590 content. So you have 1 extra from 590, 2 new from press conference, and all jobs are going up by 1. That means the weekly cap is going from 9 to 12. That’s the reason for the update scale changes, nothing to do with the partnership. You are right that pension does become more appealing being at 5 while PT’s are at 6; that I don’t love but it’s easy to adjust later if things are getting imbalanced. That is kinda based on the partnership because if we weighted our PT’s more than everyone else’s obviously it wouldn’t be a fair deal for them. We do imagine that welfare people are less likely to do the full 12 cap so there’s still plenty of bonus for active members.

The way questions are presented to other members already censores out non-league related stuff a bit though. Because you guarantee at least one other member is seeing it you’re less likely to post something bullshit that won’t count. Meanwhile an MS could be unrelated and have no one see it. The chance is there with all PT’s. All we can do is say that things should be kept mostly related and monitor in case things aren’t being done. Being preventative stops at that. The rules will be in place, if people don’t follow them then there’s no amount more prevention we could have had.

Which is why we’re saying slightly off. Don’t want people answering 6 questions that are all obviously not league related but if I ask 5 questions about the sim and then one kinda general one (keeping in mind, this is still answered from the player’s Perspective) that’s fine. How picky we’ll be about league related will depend mostly on how the questions are looking and we can adjust our expectations accordingly if we need to. I do like the idea and I like to keep things balanced. We’ll look into something like this. If you flush it out any more feel free to PM it my way and I’ll bring it up in the BOG.
