Hi Noah, welcome to the VHL! I'm Ledge, the GM of the Miami Marauders. This season, the Marauders are looking to compete for a cup. We're still filling out our core, so that means we can offer you top six minutes. The Marauders are historically a very successful franchise, having won 2 championships in the last 5 seasons, despite only becoming a franchise fairly recently. Our discord locker room has lots of new players like yourself as well as successful alumni to help you on your journey. 3.           I am so proud to present the long-awaited S83 Miami Marauder Awards! After a long, grueling season, our Marauders were unfortunately ousted in the first round in a very close matchup. Nevertheless, we had a fantastic, fun season filled with accomplishments, so let's get straight into the awards.

    Yun Chiang Award (Most goals)

This season's Chiang Award winner had himself one helluva season, his second with the Marauders. Despite his exceptional 79 point season the first time around, he smashed that record with an incredible 36 goals and 94 points, leading the league in points and finishing in a close second for goals. Congratulations to.....

    Spoiler

    Hockley Mann! @Sen

    Kosmo Kramerev Award (Most assists)

For the Kramerev award, Mann's 58 assists weren't even enough to earn him the trophy this season. Instead, it goes to a dominant defenceman also in his second season with Miami. This player also left their previous records in the dust, with a 16 point increase. With 61 assists and 91 points, congratulations to:

    Spoiler

    Nicholas Blue! @lidz

Matty Fire Award (Best Two-Way Forward)

This season's Fire Award winner goes to a player who might not have been the flashiest player on the ice at all times, but was a force at both ends of the ice. His playoff percentage and hits go to show how valuable he was, while his 52 points prove that he's still able to put the puck in the net. Congratulations to:

    Spoiler

    Damian Steele! @73MPL4R

Omi Aberg Award (Best Mid-Season Signing)

This season's Aberg award was a runaway winner, to say the least. After being inked, he entered the roster and immediately started making a difference on the ice, with 10 points, 35 shots, and 21 hits in his first 14 games. In the playoffs, his near point per game went to show just how ready he was to be a star. Congratulations to:

    Spoiler

    Daniel Weaver! @ThePerfectNut

    Chicken Wing Award (Best defenceman)

While there is some competition, the best defenceman on the Marauders this season was pretty clear from the moment the team stepped on the ice for their first game. His 30 goals from the back end were, frankly, insane, and the 139 blocked shots are also exceptional. Congratulations to:

    Spoiler

    Nicholas Blue!! @lidz

    Most Valuable Marauder (MVP)

The S83 Miami Marauders were a very talented team, and there were a plethora of options for picking the MVP. However, one player stood out. His 48 wins from the net with a .924 SP and an amazing 1.88 GAA put this player above the rest. Through the thick and thin, this player held the Marauders together, and truly earned this award. Congratulations to:

    Spoiler

    Art Vandelay! @Gustav

That concludes the S83 Miami Marauders Awards, thanks for tuning in! Thanks for a great season all, good luck with the rest of your careers!

By Republicans.....I see your point. This is all part of their agenda. You can imagine how much faster this all would have been if Trump won office, or does win office, which is the scariest part of it all.

Found this while looking through Reddit the past few days. Very useful information for me, all points that back up my opinion that the government has no right to tell women what to do with their bodies, no matter the cause. The wants and needs of a woman are more important than an unborn, not yet conscious fetus.

I am personally quite scared right now because this verdict being returned could start a domino affect that eventually lands on outlawing gay marriage, which is absolutely horrible (not to say the verdict on Roe isn't horrible, of course). I'm far from an expert on current events and the American justice system, but I know logically that these things are wrong and I will show my support for the righteous parties involved.

You can politely fuck right off. This was not intended to be a trolling thread, whether or not you were fucking around or you're backpedaling like an idiot. Just stop.

    2.  I would have loved to had I started playing earlier and actually had the skillset to do so.

    3. Vegas is always a great time, I love and enjoy the energy of the city so much. However I am a tropical beach/island kind of guy. I enjoyed South Beach more than anything. I would love to have a place down there one day.

    Ask:

    1. What do you enjoy doing most in the VHL?

    2. For you, where is the place you feel most relaxed?

    3. If you had to pick one place you could visit every year for the rest of your life, what would it be?

    1.

    Answer:

    1. Doing non-VHL related shit with VHL guys (supremacy 1914)

    2. Sitting with my dog on my lawn

    3. Stockholm, Sweden. Seems like such a cool place.

    Ask:

    1. Where would you most like to travel in Africa?

    2. What is the best overall condiment?

    3. Who takes the crown for one of the VHL's 3 leagues?

  9. One time instead of doing work in geography class I researched the colonization of the Republic of the Congo, a central African country (but not to be confused with the Democratic Republic of the Congo)

Anyway, I wormholed to Pierre Savorgnan de Brazza, who was a pretty cool dude. The capital of Republic of the Congo, Brazzaville, is named after him. The cool thing is it's the only African European-named capital that stuck, because Pierre was such a cool guy
