Dil Is the Best (Maybe Not but still a productive member of society) When you think about a HoF builder, almost all of them have a time period where they were extremely active and well known by the VHL population. Say what you want about Dil, but everyone knows who he is and has an opinion on him, good or bad. Frequently found trolling in discord, he is a major activity driver, as everyone loves to rag on him. The thing I respect about Dil is that he like many other people likes to dish it out, but he can take the hits as well if you dish it back at him. Outside of the fact that Dil is an extremely active member, he is a big picture idea person who actually could make some innovative changes to really help the VHL. Take the portal @Will created for example. Me being a boomer who knows nothing about that stuff thought anything on the portal was a giant waste of time, which is understandable if you ever saw our old portal from like S40. It was just like a broken link that no one ever used with old and outdated stats and just a stupider way to look at what was in the index. Now I would argue the new portal is the number one greatest improvement ever seen in the VHL, as updating is automated and much cleaner, and for stat research purposes it is so much easier to find stuff. I don't know this for sure, but I believe that Dil is one of our fine members who is helping William on the portal, someone please confirm? On the topic of big picture ideas, Dil has created a VHL app for android, and I believe he is working on one for the Apple Iphones or watches or whatever the kids use these days. This is another example of boomers and the portal. For me personally, I hate needing to use an app for anything and would rather just use my laptop or google chrome on my phone. Even when I am on VHL, it usually is on my laptop on a browser. But I am not the norm for these zoomers and 18 and under crowd who do everything on their phone apps. And perhaps these apps in time will be way better and more efficient than the browser in ways I don't even understand, just like the portal. In conclusion, Dil should make the Hall of Fame as a Builder based on his extreme activity generation just from being his typical self, in addition to his great help to the league in creating the app and working on the portal. This big picture stuff should not be taken for granted, as it is how the VHL can be improved exponentially. Lastly, some other random things DIl has worked on for the VHL is his robot on discord (which is his baby), and also the VHLPA. Even though the VHLPA ultimately failed, we can all appreciate his big picture ideas. Also @tfong I swear I didn't copy you I had this idea in mind for my last minute article to earn double tpe. @Dil ily

You can throw out fancy stats about Smitty all you want, but stats don't quite tell the impact a player can have on a team. Smitty was an outstanding draft pick by Davos, helping keep together a sub-par team for a number of years as they battled just to make the playoffs. The moment Smitty decided to leave Davos, things completely just fell apart as a free agent frenzy began, and their GM was shortly canned thereafter. Meanwhile, Smitty and Gritty combine to join forces in Moscow, an expansion team that had no seen a ton of success since creation (though to be fair they went through the logical rebuild). After leading Moscow into the playoffs last year, the Menace took first place this season in the regular season, and just swept Malmo. Smitty's dominance as the best defensemen in the league has a very large role in that. Once he wins a few cups with Moscow he will completely cement his place in the Hof.

1) I am lazy so I bank tpe by default because I haven't updated all season. I plan on adding some tpe to faceoffs and skating and then banking the rest for when we win our 2nd cup in a row next season 2) Jaguar obviously because he is a stud and I love him 3) I fear no team in the NA so I will flip this question. I most want to play Vancouver because Beaviss will probably forget to play his backup goalie again 4) When I was at an ice cream store in my hometown a summer or 2 ago, I saw something in the sky with bright flashy lights and had no idea what it was. It was going way too slow to be a plane or helicopter. A drone maybe? As far as believing in aliens, am I certain they exist, no. But the universe is so insanely large that it is impossible to wrap the mind around, so there is a possibility that some sort of life forms exist on another planet, but no guarantee they are smarter than say trees. 5) Probably not unfortunately because save percentage is like the only important stat for goalies 6) Gritty themed posters of course!

The VHL runs on a cycle that everyone knows. 11:59 PM EST is the deadline to get everything in (or maybe 1AM). Yet for some reason, @Victor runs on a different schedule and thinks it is okay to post the trivia results at 7PM EST on Sunday, instead of past midnight like a normal human being. I don't care what kind of communist European time zone Victor lives in, but in the good old USA we use feet, yards, and miles, we use Fahrenheit, and the whole world revolves around the EST time zone. I hereby call for Victor to be released of his duties, and a true American loving patriot to come in and take his place for this ever important task. On a side note, I have been asking Beaviss to make me blue for a quite a few weeks now, but he refuses to do it. I just want to play around and change some of the word filters to make Tfong mad, I promise. Also Boom if you are reading this hello!
