The Riga Reign are currently the best team in the league ....based on each teams last four games. As the Riga Reign have won four games in a row, they feel on top of the world. And what do you do when you win a 100% of your last four games. You get wasted, as that is what Lithuania is known for. Since it is midsummer anyway there, the alcohol consumption already skyrockets by a fuckton (as said by our gm hedgehog). So the Lithuanians take anything they can to hold a party, including this four game winning streak where they declare themselves on top of the world. The downside of the entire team partying and drinking is that we are likely to lose in our next game, as the team hardly can stand on it's feet. The only person not falling over yet is The Frenchman, but with his history in Russia he is used to some strong liquor, so a beer here and there wont knock him off his feet. In the last two games, he was good for 6 assists, so he remains an important factor of this Reign team. And if he is the most important player on the ice on the best team in the league (based on the last four games). The Frenchman might as well be called the king of the VHL.

Part of it yeah, but another part of it could be like 'yeah he just writes the lyrics like that for fun, as it works with the audience'. But really had to think of you when I heard it, with your old player, really weird that something like this can suddenly also be your own history, just by having created a sim character. Thats why i wrote already that you as a manager had no clue it happened.

Yep, felt the same, and with the statements of the drummer I feel that it could be true. Always sad if something like this happens.
