Got trivia wrong AGHHH Review: Always love a graphic of my own player of course. First thing that pops out to me is the kitties text on the helmet which should actually be a real thing for Bubbles it makes too much sense. The render you used is perfect, I could see him making that face for the next NHL26 games as his mug shot. I really enjoy LA’s basic black and white colours because it makes in my opinion these graphics so sharp while having such basic colouring. Rating: 100/10

Malmo Nighthawks Team Press Conference
AJW replied to KaleebtheMighty's topic in Team Press Conferences
PRESS CONFERENCE Answer 3 Questions for 1 TPE, or Answer 6 Questions for 2 TPE Week Ending Mar 30 1. Already a quarter of the season has been completed and Malmo is currently sitting out of the playoff race, 13 points behind the 5th seeded London United. Do you feel there is a chance for our team to turn the tides and make it to a playoff spot? Is this instead just a hardcore rebuild season? 2. When teams go through losing seasons, most of the time the team morale will plummet. What is something your player does to keep team morale at a good level? 3. Although struggling seasons suck, they only bring in a brighter future with top rated draft prospects and current young stars being able to develop more. Out of this upcoming prospect list (click me) which player would you want to see drafted to Malmo? 4. NHL playoffs are quickly approaching and the wildcard race is getting tight! Are there any teams you think that should deserve to make the playoffs that are currently not in? Or are all current seeded teams worthy of this season's playoffs? 5. Staying on the NHL playoffs topic, which NHL team do you think will have basically a guaranteed bye to the next round? (I'm a Jets fan, so I'm routing for them to get through the first round easily). 6. If your player could play a different position for a game, which position would they choose to play and why? 7. Your player has been chosen to do community work this week and you get to decide what you will do. What are you going to do to give back to the community? 8. If you could either only watch movies or only read books for the rest of your life, which would you choose? 9. What is your favourite thing to do on a daily/weekly basis? 10. What is your dream pet? -
While the Los Angeles Stars enter S98 as a team just shy of the North American Wildcard race through 20+ games played, the team's future stars have been shining bright and are putting up extremely good numbers as first season players. To start, goaltender Ricky LaFleur @DarkSpyro has been given the green light throughout the start of his VHL career as many would say is more than expected. Through Los Angeles' 24 games played, LaFleur has started for 11 and has played in 12 total, almost equaling LA's franchise goaltender Roger Eagles. Ricky has put up some good numbers in his first season so far with 5 wins plus a 0.918 SV%. The team is very happy to see both goaltenders getting playing time, but the obviously fact is that once playoffs get closer, Eagles will be the face the team will rely on. Either way, the more smoke breaks Ricky gets on the bench will be better for his player development. For most of the games that Ricky starts on the bench, he will time himself to see how many joints he can smoke before the game is completed. Word around is that 12 is the current record through 24 games played (they're only half gram joints not full 1 gram). The team is hoping a full 20 joints smoked on the bench can be accomplished before his rookie season has completed. Defensive rookie 11th overall S97 draft pick Mikko Tuomala @flyersfan345, and 6th overall S97 draft pick Bubbles LaFleur have been meeting expectations on the blue line. Both 1st overall VHLM draft picks (LaFleur in S96, and Tuomala in S97) are hoped on to be Los Angeles' franchise defenders down the road. Tuomala has been earning TPE left and right to now sit 5th in the S97 draft class according to TPE. Tuomala has 7 goals and 21 points so far in S98, but is more relied on for his shot blocking ability, leading the team with 56 while also being 7th overall throughout the league in that category. LaFleur has been less of a shot blocker so far and instead has totaled 9 goals as well as 29 points this season. The duo both average 31+ minutes a game while paired on the 1st and 3rd line, as well as most special teams, which can contribute to their applauded start to the season. Both defenders currently sit in the top 5 for points by rookies, and one can only imagine if the duo can catch the dominant centreman Pelayo Bolivar @SMYLS4 of the London United, who is currently leading the league charge with 33 points. Bolivar is a young talent who just graduated from the VHLM with a S97 Ethan Osborne Trophy (VHLM Points Leader), as well as a Alexander Chershenko Trophy (VHLM Goals Leader)... so this will be a fun dual for all three of these rookies this season.

The question is, what VHL team do you love and why is that? I already have a .com this week but I need another affiliate, and something that crossed my mind is that I have teams that I love in the VHL that I bet others don’t feel the same way about. Teams I love are: Seattle Bears - the first and only team I ever won a continental cup with back in S83. I really respect and admire @Banackock since while I was first getting into the league, especially starting to GM in the VHLM, he was a massive mentor and taught me so many amazing things. He drafted my second player too which was a really cool thing for me. Malmo Nighthawks - Malmo has made me realize that I really love being an AGM, and it’s especially cool because my last player retired from this team! @LucyXpher joined my Houston Bulls back in S92 and I am so happy to be working with her in Malmo now. The entire vibe of this team seems magical not only with Lucy in charge, but also when @KaleebtheMighty was running the show, two extremely solid GMs for this organization. Los Angeles and Calgary are teams I have played for in the past and I don’t feel I grew as great of a connection as I could have in each organization. Luckily I’m back in LA and hoping for a good run here. @InstantRockstar traded my first player away to Seattle where I won a cup, so I’m hoping to return the favour and win one for him now! With Calgary, maybe I can find my way back to you someday and honestly I wouldn’t be mad about it. @leandrofg is an amazing GM and was always great to play for, our team just didn’t find the success while my player was there unfortunately. It was actually pretty funny to me that once I got traded away, the team started firing on all cylinders! So maybe it was a me problem there lol. Either way, these two teams were great, just don’t fully have my heart.

(S97) Bubbles LaFleur finally gets to dip his toes in the VHL water and I am really excited to see how this season goes. LaFleur is on a rebuilding roster in Los Angeles but I really do have some high hopes for the team. @InstantRockstar has been doing great in getting this team in shape for the future, I'd give it atleast two more seasons until we can be considered a true playoff team. Either way, we need to get through S98 first and I have a couple goals for Bubbles' first season as a Star: Don't have a horrifying +/- Being realistic, Los Angeles will probably not have a positive goal differential unless Eagles @Greg_Di goes full god mode. I feel he will be our best chance whether we win or lose games, but at the end of the day we will probably lose more games than win. Score some goals! In the VHLM Bubbles never hit a point per game or higher, and his highest goal total was 16 in S96. So, I'm really hoping that Bubbles in his first season can hit atleast 10 goals... LaFleur will be playing a lot of minutes alongside Mikko Tuomala @flyersfan345, so maybe Bubbles can find some power play goal success throughout the season. Develop as much as he can I haven't been max earning with Bubbles, there may be a week where I feel like writing a media spot but most of the time I spam click the welfare button every Monday. I make 11/12 capped TPE every week atleast 95% of the time, I believe my lowest week has been either 8 or 9/12. So, I really want to stay consistent in earning 10+ TPE so that when Los Angeles starts to become an elite franchise, Bubbles can have a big role in that. Mikko Tuomala max earns which in my eyes is AMAZING for Bubbles. Bubbles won't have to be the top dog but also can play a big part which is so cool to me! I am really excited to be getting a player back into the VHL. Randy Bobandy was a fun player to have but never really met full expectations for me besides being a max earner, I even reached top 25 all time TPE at one point while also retiring in my last season. I'm really hoping for a lot with Bubbles, but the biggest hope is to win a Continental Cup... I haven't won one since S83 when I was traded from Los Angeles to Seattle!

Malmo Nighthawks Team Press Conference
AJW replied to KaleebtheMighty's topic in Team Press Conferences
PRESS CONFERENCE Answer 6 Questions for 2 TPE, or Answer 3 Questions for 1 TPE Week Ending Mar 16 1. S98 starts in a couple days!! After a long off-season, what do you predict Malmo's first 10 game record will be? I think we'll go 4-5-1. 2. What is your player's biggest goal for this upcoming season? 30+ goals? Career high in hits? 3. Realistically, we have a very underdeveloped team heading into the season. With that being said, what is the best mentality to have with a "young" team? Focus on all the goods and brush the bads off your shoulder? 4. What jersey number are you rocking this season? Is there any meaning behind the number you choose? 5. Who do you think is our most promising prospect right now? 6. Did you pay attention to this NHL trade deadline? Any moves that surprised you? 7. Speaking of NHL, who do you think will win the cup? I'm a Jets fan and this is the first time in a while that I can really have a good feeling about it. 8. What is the best fruit to be paired with chocolate? Chocolate covered strawberries are my favourite! 9. Would you rather: Be able to breathe under water, or, Be able to fly? (Whichever you choose, you will be faster than any other swimming/flying animal) 10. What is your dream vacation? -

Taking a look at @Kisslinger’s most recent player King Kisslinger, he played 5 seasons for Warsaw to start his career with 12 total playoff games played. In his sixth season he got traded to Vancouver and won a cup, then got traded again to Seattle the following season and won another cup!! Mic dropped his retirement after that I love it lol. My question is, is winning a Continental Cup actually hard to do or is just pure luck and/or timing? I know some members go 10-20+ seasons without any luck, while some members can win a cup with each player. I’m on my third player now with my only cup coming in S83, I’ve been traded to good teams but obviously haven’t had the same success story of Kisslinger. What’s a man gotta do??? Btw @Kisslinger congrats on the back to back cups man and best of luck with your new player!
