That would be kind of a unique "challenge" for GMs. Something like a 5% reduction per 2 years with the franchise uninterrupted as a "retention" bonus or something.

Even if I lowkey get called a horrible decision, I still enjoyed the time I spent with you and the things that you taught me about GMing a VHLM team. I hate that my work schedule picked up as much as it did, but hopefully it dies down later in the year like it did last year so that I can spend more time on it. Thanks for your help with everything and thank you for your time as GM!

Press Conference Week Ending 2/20/22 (Answer 6 Questions for 2 Capped TPE) Feliz día de San Valentín! Do/did you have anything planned for Valentine's? We stand fifth in the rankings overall. Do you think the playoffs are on the menu for us? Judging by the stats posted up in the locker room, who would you say is so far the MVP for the team? Super Bowl is all done and the Rams come out victorious! Did you watch the Super Bowl or have a party? What is your ideal date? (as in thing to do with someone you like, not a calendar date) If you could remove one thing from the VHL without consequence, what would it be? Olympics are also still on-going and Team USA seem to be having one heck of a showing! Have you been keeping up with the Olympics and if so, has your favorite for the Gold changed? These questions are really, really hard to come up with after you've done like, 5 of these. But at 10, it gets kinda absurd and really you're just trying to push through to the next week so that you don't look bad to your boss. *sigh* But here we are I guess, still having difficulty coming up with questions and venting about it in a question that most people are probably just gonna answer 'k' to. At the end of the day though, this is what I signed up for and it's fun to do. It isn't exactly the highlight of my day to sit down and get stumped for 45 minutes on 8 dumb questions, but it gets the brain going. In fact, usually I'll do my homework from uni right after this because I start going on these long tangents that I can then just start using for my school work so it's really nice. Also the weather has been like, super wild here. It snowed for like 2 days straight and now it's 65 degrees (f) and sunny. Crazy. Anywho, uh....you got a favorite show or something?

What an awesome sig, I think it's a good oneI would have loved to have seen you try to at least incorporate the mexico city logo on to the jersey (I'm a little biased to be fair), but overall you did a good job masking the removal (though I can see a little peak through on the left). The name is very well done and incorporated into the image nicely, I envy that. I also like the tears too, maybe try making the white after the tear transparent so it looks like were tearing the page off the website! A good one! 8/10!

Yoooo this is actually pretty sick! I really enjoy the background that you used for the sig, I think it's a good mix of black and purple. I'm not sure if you added the white or not but it also mixes very well, especially when it incorporates the render. I like the name having the same texture of the background and then splitting to white. It's just very well done overall! 9/10!

This is super sick! I love the font that you used and the effects on the text really blend nicely with the background and the effects you added to the overall graphic. The gradient outline of the render is a nice touch, and I can't quite tell if it's two backgrounds put together or just one who background, but either way it helps the transition nicely. My only gripe is the dead space on the left and the name not quite blending with the gradient of the background. Other than that, I love the overall vibe of the sig and the subtle jersey swap. Good work! 9.5/10!

Definitely a fantastic start! First off, welcome to the site and just great job in doing a submission! The pink looks well-matched and like others have noted, the logo on the jersey is just a bit small. Another note of advice I might give is that you use transparency to your advantage! The pink looks a bit overpowering and if you just do the same thing you did but make the pink a little more transparent to blend with the fabric texture, you'd be solid. One thing I like to do is get the jersey fabric in black and white, then it makes it much easier to recolor without losing the texture of the fabric. I also love the attention to detail on the players helmet color. Great work and I can't wait to see how you improve! 6/10
