We are officially over half way into the VHL season, and what a season it has been! At the start of the season we were wondering if Retoslav would even have enough in him to put up a forty point season. Now, here we are, thirty-nine games into the season and the young Russian is just four points away from that number. Sitting at an astounding thirty-six points in thirty-nine games, Retoslav has gone above and beyond expectations and may very well be on track for a point per game season. Considering that he is almost on the exact pace that he was on during his VHLM season back in Season 82 when he scored eighty points in seventy-two games and made the playoffs after being traded to the Houston Bulls mid-season. If this current season shapes up in a similar fashion to that season then he could very well be in the running for the Dustin Funk (Most Improved Player) award. A jump of almost fifty points almost definitely gives him a chance. Anyway, it's currently 12:30AM and I have school in seven hours so imma do my main PT and go to bed, goodnight boys!

With the season start creeping up on us, Ivan Retoslav is just about to begin his second season as a VHL player. His first season was somewhat disappointing with a measly 33 Points in 72 Games, but this season he changed it up with a new player build and an upgrade to the role of star center. That role change was quite a shocker for London fans considering the fact that Retoslav has less than 600 TPE and barely made 30 points in his rookie season. Even with all this pressure and some even saying that this is his last chance to prove his worth after signing a blockbuster deal with the United worth a possible 20 million dollars, he still made a great showing at training camp. He ended up really showing his improvement and also showing he may have the chance for a 50 points season. Now, one thing we've learned from Ivan is that he suffers from poor season starts all the time, this could make his numbers look horrible at the start of the season, but rest assured, he will perform better than last season, and he will help London do better.
