Week Ending 12 Jan 2025 Answer 3 for 1 TPE, all 6 for 2 TPE Happy new year, Victory Hockey League! I have been on a much needed vacation. Now that I'm back, it's time to put the players on the grill and start cookin'! 1.) Hello, player! How have you performed in the season so far, and what would you do to improve on it? 2.) What has been your worst performance (that you can remember), and what would you have done differently? 3a.) First Generation Players - How has your experience been so far in the league, and what would you like to see improved to help new members such as yourself? 3b.) Veterans in the league - Outside of the coveted Founder's and Continental Cups, what are your goals as a player? 4.) A charity drive night is being ran by your team/organization! What type of event would it be and which non-profit are the charity proceeds going to? 5.) Some people have a fear of spiders...some of heights...some of clowns like me! If you had to face a fear of your choice that you actually have, what is that fear and how would you do it?! 6.) What is your preferred ice level in a beverage cup, and should those who fill their cup all the way with ice just get a smaller sized cup with less ice? Thanks for tuning into this week's episode! 1. How do you feel about the draft? I feel pretty good about it, actually. I wish I was able to make a couple moves, but it's fine.. 2. Will Prague make the playoffs next season? Hmm...realistically I don't think so. Sanzone will be retiring and we likely won't be seeing Banner back...even though I'd like to. So we'll be down 2 bodies and we need at least 6 forwards with only two 1st rounders to use to get 'em. Odds are not looking good for a playoff contention. 3. What are the chances Prague gets a cup in the next 5 seasons? I think, where we stand, anything is possible. Especially a Cup and we're shooting for that in less than 5. 4. What is the most over-rated hockey statistic? I'm not sure that I'd agree that there's any overrated hockey stat... but I guess if I had to say any it would be shooting percentage. 5. What is the meaning of life? The answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything is 42. 6. CHRISTMAS IS ALMOST HERE ARE YOU EXCITED!????? (And if you don't celebrate is there anything you're excited about?) I'm excited to have a day off and get paid for it. This year the day will be spent doing mostly nothing since family will be out of town. Next year will probably be a bit more exciting!
