  1. 1. With one week of sims down, is the team performing as you’ve expected? Yup. Team is playing quite bad, I guess it might be because of the rebuild era. 2. Who do you predict will be Davos’ MVP this season? I honestly can not make such a prediction. Who knows. Hopefully someone who really deserves it. 3. What are your thoughts on our current prospect pool? Well, it's the best prospect pool. Simply because I'm in it! 5. What is your most controversial VHL opinion? That the HC Davos Dynamo suck, because of whatever a rebuild I guess. We are the worst team in the VHL, no offense. 7. What sports do you enjoy watching besides hockey? I like watching some Baseball too, but frequently it gets boring. 8. What was the last video game you played? The last video game I played was F1 2023. I have it through PS Plus on my PS5.
  2. 1. I would describe as "amazing" 2. Assists of course. I love getting assists. Free pts. 3. I believe that defense contributes heavily, but at the same time offense is responsible for how much we score. 4. It's cool but at the same time makes it overcomplicated. 5. I don't really know enough to say anything. 6. Baseball, of course. Baseball during the summer and hockey when hockey is on.
  3. 1. I think it's because teams in the EU have been making better roster picks, and decisions when it comes to roster management. 2. I think that the Dynamo have been doing pretty good and should try their best to keep up the pace for the rest of the season. 3. Well right now, mine is not similar to anyone lol. I need to wait to get my reroll during the offseason. 4. Honestly, how active they can be, if they are willing to max earn every week, etc. 5. I am in two other sim leagues, SBA and ISFL. 6. Calgary Flames by a mile. They are selling this season and are off to a horrible start!
  4. Recap of game #222: Mexico City Kings VS Las Vegas Aces. Final: 2-5 Win for Las Vegas Aces. This game was a landslide for the Las Vegas Aces, they wiped the Kings out of the rink. Bric Sheithaus was a top player in this game, scoring 3 assists out of the 5 goals the Aces scored. Las Vegas was able to convert on all of their powerplays, while successfully killing every penalty they took. Both goalies played pretty good games, with very close scoring percentages. Nate Telker Jr - 0.848% and Hugo Boss 0.867%. This was overall not a very interesting match.
  5. The Ottawa Lynx have made an absolute comeback from last season. Last season, we finished in last place in our conference on the standings and did not make the playoffs. But, this season, we are on a very good mid-season point holding first place in our conference. My player Ivan Ivanov has been doing some decent stuff. I've averaged nearly 1 point per game, 38 points in 42 games. The Lynx performance is because of everyone on the team coming together and working hard, to do very good. I am expecting that the Lynx can maintain our place in first, and finish the regular season first in our conference. We are set to have a very good playoff run which is very exciting. As long as Ivanov and our entire team can maintain our amazing performance, we should be able to win the championship this season!! My prediction is that we will win and destroy every other team we face. No questions asked. If we don't win the championship, I'm gonna be very very surprised. So as they all say, let's Pray to the sim gods for fairness in the playoffs. (191 Words)
  6. 1. Back to competing for first in the EU like we should be! Which of Europe’s top teams is our biggest threat as of now? I think that the menaces over at Moscow (get it!) are our biggest threat. This is because we never know what to expect from such a menace team, and we need to be prepared. 2. How would you describe your player in one word? I would describe him as the word "good" - he is somewhat good, but yes I do admit I have been lacking on the TPE. Time to hit cap every week 3. Opinions on this season’s Theme Week theme? I think that it is an important one, we need the league to focus on getting more players. With more players means the possibility to expand, making it better competition for everyone! 4. Should there be more uncapped TPE opportunities in the VHL? I don't believe there should be. Some people don't have the time to designate to the league that others do, yet we need to maintain some fairness. This shouldn't have to be a job. 5. What is the story behind your player’s name? It was actually somewhat funny - he was someone's character in a GTA:5 FiveM server, so I just took the name and decided to use it here. It was random. 6. Which NHL team do you think Patrick Kane will sign with? I think he might sign with the Rangers again, I heard somewhere that he said he would. I haven't paid too much attention lately as the Calgary Flames have been throwing every game.
  7. 1. Yea, we need to sign some more players before we start playing training games I think. The roster is definitely slim right now. 2. Well, there is more D now. I think Garbage Man has what it takes to play D right now. 3. Sad, I think at least. It will mean less playtime for players because more players on every team. Really wish we could keep all the teams. 4. NO! I think that the amount of teams in the VHLM is good for now, and should not be changed. 5. If I am given the opportunity by a team, I will move to the E. For now, I am staying in the M until I get drafted. 6. No, never ever seen a lynx.
  8. Congrats guys! Excited to see what these two can do with their new teams.
  9. Hmm. I didn't see the name when I was writing the article. I'll have to check later when I write power rankings again next Monday.
  10. I'm here & willing to coach any team.
  11. VHL player name: Ivan Ivanov Render name: Nikita Kucherov Preferred color(s): Light Blue & Red Any extra details: nope
  12. Slowly waiting for the VHLM Dispersal draft...

  13. Junior Showcase Tournament Select Power Rankings! Conference 1: 1. The Brigade Current Power Ranking: 3 Season 88 Junior Showcase Tournament Results: JST Champions The Brigade is off to a rough start in the S89 Junior Showcase Tournament. They are coming off of a S88 championship, and are fighting to take another championship. The Brigade's Goalie Andrew Cobberson has been awesome in the net with a save percentage of 0.902% and a Goals Against Average (GAA) of 2.27. Cobberson played 17 games in the VHLM this season, 2 for Miami & 15 for Ottawa. Cobberson finished with a save percentage of 0.885% this season and a Goals Against Average (GAA) of 3.45. Cobberson is clearly performing better in the JST. The Brigade is balanced between Defense & Offense as they are sitting at a Goals for of 16, and a Goals Against of 15. If the Brigade wants to get ranked higher, they need to work on scoring more goals while also maintaining their good level of defence. A better GAA would hopefully improve their winning percentage. 2. The Royals Current Power Ranking: 4 Season 88 Junior Showcase Tournament Results: First-Round Knockout The Royals are off to a horrible start in the S89 Junior Showcase Tournament. They are coming off of a rough First Round knockout in the S88 tournament, and are still showing signs of poor performance. The Royals Left Wing Alexandre Crosby is leading the team in offense. He is currently leading the team both in goals and overall points. Crosby has scored 4 goals out of his 16 shots, with a shooting percentage of 25%. Crosby played 38 games in the VHLM this season, all being with Miami. Crosby finished with a good 41 points. 20 goals & 21 assists. Crosby is performing very well in the JST as well, and I expect him to maintain the point lead in the Royals. The spotted weakness in the Royals is the Defense. The Royals need to work on improving their defence as they are sitting at a Goals for of 16 and a Goals Against an average of 21. If the Royals can improve their defence, their PR may be re-decided for a better PR. Conference 2: 1. Yukon Rush Current Power Ranking: 1 Season 88 Junior Showcase Tournament Results: N/A The Yukon Rush are doing amazing in their inaugural Junior Showcase Tournament season! They are a new team and did not participate in any previous seasons of the Junior Showcase Tournament, and are proving to everyone that they can come in and win the championship out of nowhere. The Yukon Rush Defensemen Lionel Collberg is a defensive leader for his team. He is currently leading the Yukon Rush in Assists and 2 points away from leading in overall points. Collberg is additionally leading his team with a +/- of 9. Whenever Collberg is on the ice, he sets an example for his team & other defensemen to follow. Collberg played 24 games in the S89 VHLM Regular Season with Philadelphia. He finished with 16 points and a +/- of 6. Collberg is proving to be an amazing asset for every team he is a part of. The Rush are doing awesome maintaining first place overall, with Goals for of 20 and a Goals Against of 13. They have an amazing defence lineup led by Collberg while still going crazy with the number of goals they score. I doubt the Rush will lose their current spot in the power Ranking. The Steel has been assigned a power ranking of 2.
