1. Most recent thing I watched was Mind Hunter on netlix, it was real good.

My player is doing a really good job at opening the door.  I haven't gotten any starts yet.

1. Honestly at first the thought of having a player I created and I ended up how they play just drew me so hard and I enjoyed the amazing community
2. Hits and shot blocks that's basically all don't really care for scoring
3. 100% malmo they sold a lot of stuff just to get a few first rounder in the s99 and s100 draft so I'm guessing they are mega tanking

Hmm I don`t know, maybe even the late 2000s or early 2010s. Probably rose tinted glasses but things seemed simpler then!

1. Has there been anything that has surprised you this VHL/VHLM season thus far? Honestly, I didn't think the Saskatoon Wild score 40 goals so early, so I'm happy we've shown progression.

No, it has been a rough start for my guy and hopefully he improves as the season goes along. If he continues playing this way then it will be a big bust for this season.

Living near Toronto it's the Leafs. I still don't think they're good enough to win it all but will cheer them on regardless

1. Helsinki being so good right off the bat has been surprising, but I think the bigger surprise to me is just how split or min/maxed the performances have been so far. So many teams are obviously great, so many teams are obviously dogshit.

 

2. I want to say no-- they have to pay some of the other great teams eventually, and one of them is going to have to break through. That one Blackhawks team went 21-0-3 though, so I guess anything's possible.

 

3. I'm putting Future Considerations on my team, who just got released from Halifax. Dude is a generational trade asset, you'd be foolish not to want that on your roster.

1. If we're talking NHL, Utah Hockey Club. I know they're being rebranded next season, but it should've been done sooner.

2. Smaller rink I like better. I don't mind a bigger rink, but I feel like it would end up becoming lower scoring and just not fun to watch.

3. Fun fact, I've never had coffee and I've had tea once. I would probably go with tea as I think I'd be crazy on coffee.

1. Id say above expectations as of now but that can all change

2. Were on a hot streak and in the final wildcard spot so hopefully we can keep it up

1. If you mean in the VHL, the New York Americans seems kinda on the nose. I guess it's more of a D.C. thing, and that's a stretch even.

1. There's a lot good ones, I love the teams I've played for (Van/War/NY) and always thought Helsinki was a classic

I'm playing backup goalie on a tanking team, so stat wise not great, but the team is doing what it needs to be doing at the moment.

As much as I like hockey more than basketball, March Madness is fun even if I don't watch any of the games.  I end up in a couple of bracket groups for fun.

2. As a former tavern ow-- no, I'm kidding, that'd be insane. On the contrary, I think an athletic barkeep would know better than anyone the importance of staying hydrated, so I doubt you could convince Yor Bjorven to add anything to his game time drink. Maybe not even a Gatorade packet.

 

3. Oh god I don't wanna answer the Overwa-- WAIT, this was made for me. Profile picture highly relevant, I'm pretty big on Vocaloid (KAGAMINE RIN) so I'm more than used to listening to songs completely in Japanese. My brain gets distracted by lyrics incredibly easily when they're in my native language, so I love throwing on Hikarisyuyo (Rin) albums while working to help give me some vibe-able background noise.
