Yes that's what it was in previous season, 12 hours per pick. I don't think that has changed (so it should have been 24 hours for the 2 picks)

Yes, it would have been 12 hours per pick. It's up to you, do you want to rewind the draft to when you got a pick skipped or are you ok with who you ended up selecting?
