I mean if you guys have a reason we should allow this I would love to hear it but as it stands you aren’t really supposed to trade back a player within 2 seasons. Especially where this also involves a GM player which also needs special approval.

Can you specially approve it? Nothing sneaky here. He needed a player last season, this one I need one. That’s all it is.

Afaik it's generally frowned upon to have a player on the same contract flipped back to the team that traded them away the following offseason, it's in the rulebook. Add on that it's a GM player, gets a bit sketch. Plus last season's trade was almost the exact same as this with the player TPE involved but RIG paid an extra 1st and 2nd, so between GM player trade scrutiny and a player being traded back on the same contract, it's looking like a veto.

I haven't formally vetoed it, I'd chat with Blues on discord if you have more thoughts or a case to make. I deferred this to them because it's not a precedent I've had to deal with often, and Bek knows it better than I do.
