If 1 grader gives you a 5.5 or a 6, it's automatically a 6 and you don't have to wait for the second grade. If 1 grader gives you 5.25 or less, then you wait for the 2nd grader. gorlab 4,321 Posted February 17, 2015 Share Posted February 17, 2015 Also maybe switch to a system where a 2nd grader is called in ONLY when the person who submits the graphic has an issue with the grade they received. That way when the first grader gives a 5.25, the member can either just accept the 5 tpe for that week and move on, or ask for a 2nd grade if they feel the signature is worth a 6. I've seen people unlock them to give it another grade haha. Probably cuz you have to do a certain amount during the week for your pay, yeah?
