Yeah I like most of the Jerseys honestly, logo's and designs. Also people who say they care about this as much as World Championship should give their head a shake. Players have said they think this will be more competitive than World Championship, and even comparable to Olympic hockey. Ken Hitchcock came out sand said it may be more competitive than Olympics because of the smaller rinks, and because it isn't happening mid or after the season. Players will be fresh and desperate. I honestly think this could be a good tournament. Also, it doesn't matter if you call it Team North America NHL, we all know what Team Mercs is. Stealing our damn ideas. I get the whole Suomi thing on the front, but that logo in red is such an eyesore. Strictly just looking at Canadians...in the last 3 seasons...Crosby (248 points), Seguin (229 points), Benn (237 points) all have more points than Giroux (213 points, 0.959 ppg) and both Tavares (202 points, 1.01 ppg) and Getzlaf (208 points, .985 ppg) have been better point producers on average. If I look at other countries, Kane (218 points), Ovechkin (219 points), Backstrom (215 points) are also ahead (as just the first three names that came to mind). With all that being said, Giroux should and will be on the team. They decide on who fits the mould on which line at that given time. If they did it on past 5 seasons Joe Thornton would make it over Getzlaf, Kessel would make USA.
