I would need to see a full proposal before I could fully commit to it, there's too many grey areas at the minute for me to commit to it right now.

Indeed, I'm on the 'maybe' as well. I like the principle and I like where the discussion is going but I'd really want to make sure all the questions are answered before we even bother considering a timeline for implementing it.
