1. Right now, the season starting in April would be best for me. Lasr two weeks of March is going to be a busy time for me.

2. Due to stuff on my end, didn't get a chance to pay attention to the draft.

3. @LucyXpher and I are the management team in Halifax so it is good to see her here. @horoscope and @fonziGG are solid users who should bring a lot to the table.

1. I really didn't. That day is associated with some sad memories. That puts a damper on my enthusiasm to celebrate.

2. Shubham is back in Riga with Mina and is starting to work his way back into shape.

3. Some key resigning and rookie signings. Nothing too crazy.

4. To take a significant step up this season.

5. I didn't get a chance to follow either draft.

6. More fun and more hard work outside. Better than being stuck inside all day.

1. No I didn't celebrate it this year, not like in the past when it wasn't much fun trying to drink THAT much...

2. Yes Kimi is getting better and quicker.  Just needs some more time to get up to speed

1. Fantastic. Above a point per game is far better than I ever could have imagined.

2. We have 3 players above a point per game. And I am leading the team in points? Is that for real?

3. That is partly my fault. I have been busy this week doing something important. Everything should be back to normal now.

4. There is always hope and excitement at the start of a new season.

5. Sooner is better. Almost no point in writing a presser Wednesday or later.

6. Chinese buffet always good.

1 - Not much can be done besides practice more and progress more.  We're still a young team.

2 - Heard he was great for Riga but I didn't get to play with AK.  He's already missed around here though.

3 - Yeah we can get some goals, but they come in bunches.  We will have goal scoring droughts.

4 - No.  He's young too like most of us.  We will get there.

5 - Getting my first VHL goal and overtime game winner so far.

6 - I don't watch baseball anymore.

1. Loosing the way that we have always hurts. But it is moments like this that prove what kind of man you really are.

2. Thank you for everything you have done and helping me get started in this league.

3. I am still producing goal and assists at a consistency rate.

4. As the best piece available, my days in Riga are probably numbered.

5. If things are becoming too stressful, Shubham goes out on a romantic day with his wife.

6. Surprisingly, my Pittsburgh Penguins. There are the only team to not collapse nearing the conclusion of the season.

1 - Yeah, it's not like we aren't trying... we're just getting outclassed at the minute.

2 - It would be great to get him something worth remembering, honestly.  He put this team together and we have some promise, so maybe he gets his reward later.

3 - Yeah.  How to not suck.  We need more reps in practice with time.

4 - It's a business so I have no clue what management plans on doing.

5 - I like to drive cars around racetracks!  It's a hobby for me so the world around me disappears.

6 - I'm rooting for Pittsburgh to get in. That core is on their last legs on borrowed time so one last crack for them would be nice to see.

1 - Not really.  We still have some improving to do while we have time, so this last stretch we have to continue working at it.

2 - Trying to keep our sprits up, some banter but not much else.

3 - We aren't terrible, it's just so many other teams are competing this season for playoff spots with more experienced veterans.

4 - We have to make the most of the time left this season to optimize our development.

5 - Yeah somewhat.  Next season could be interesting.

6 - Yeah round one is very entertaining.

1. There is still work to do. Much work to do personally and professionally, so not yet.

1. An ok season for a rebuilding team. Hopefully get better next season.

2. Offseason tournament, maybe start a family.

1. Hiya!  I'm here and my player is Lucy Leitner.   Press conferences are fun and I'd love to have a weekly Riga press conference!

2. Well, the McFleury's are sweet and yummy so-- oh, sorry, you meant the players! They've both been amazing for us this season, especially Oreo, which is not usually my go to flavor if I'm honest, but they've been on fire to start the season.

3. Kinda, I mean, I didn't feel like there was much rust to shake off since I stayed pretty active during the offseason, but I'm definitely happy to be back in the swing of things with daily sims, plus it's fun to be playing in my first VHL season!

4. If Kimi doesn't break 50, he should probably have a chat with his race engineer because I think there's something wrong with the car-- oh, sorry, you meant 50 goals. Let's go with yes!  Now that the Iceman has some cold treats, he's gonna be unstoppable.

5. I have very few expectations for my player this season to be honest, just hoping I'm not a complete liability defensively or with penalties and if I can pitch in a few points then I'll be very happy!  The goal is just to keep building and getting better so that I can be a bigger contributor in seasons to come.

6. My pick from the beginning was the Stars and I'm sticking with it (because Joe Pavelski) but they'd better win against the Oilers tonight otherwise I'm going to be very sad, and I really don't want to have to cheer for the Panthers to win the Cup.

1. As of today I am here. My player is Annie Oaks and I'd like a weekly presser if possible.

 

2. I just arrived so there's going to be even more meshing now.

 

3. It's tough to say, but hopefully I can contribute positively to the future of the club.

 

4. At that pace I can't see any reason he can't reach 50.

 

5. I don't have a lot of expectations for this year just hoping to help out however I can.

 

6. McDavid and Draisaitl look unstoppable, I though it would be Dallas to be honest. But I think Florida grinds them down and gets their first cup.

1.  I am Shubham Anand. And I always love the weekly pressers.

2. I believe that he has meshed very well so far.

3. I am making a big adjustment from RW to C, so it may take a  little bit longer to get up to speed.

4. If this forms continues, he should be close to 50.

5. Fully adjust to my new position and get in range of 1000 TPE.

6. Now it is down to two. I will pick Edmonton, if only to see Canada finally win a Cup.

1. To be honest, this is much better than my expectations for this season and that's because @Lemorse7 has done such a great job putting together a roster that can really compete this season. 

 

2. Muffins, obviously.

3. I think we just need to be patient and trust that things will come together.  For me personally, just keep building and improving every week!

4. Well sleeping is out since I can't sleep on planes, so probably watch movies or listen to music to try and keep my mind off of the fact that we're hurtling above the earth in a giant metal tube.

5. That's actually such a tough question!  Probably Malmo-- I love Sweden!  But New York is always a great time and Prague is a beautiful city too!  Look, I love travel, but I HATE flying!

6. I mean, with the distance between Edmonton and Florida, I can understand why it's being dragged out.  But it's a bit slow going as a fan who just wants to see it settled.  I dont' really like either team, let's just skip to the draft so the Sharks can draft Celebrini!

1. I think it's a good start but I feel like we can move up the standings more.

2. We have some great veteran defensemen for her to learn the ropes from I imagine that's a big help

3. Always pushing a bit harder than yesterday.

4. Read manga or a book

5. Probably Prague just because so far playing there seems more relaxing than let's say in Warsaw or Toronto.

6. It seemed kind've weird that it took so long for the finals to start but now that their here they should finish up around mid June leaving a couple weeks or so to the draft.
