I think it's just as likely he is the Cop as he Mafia Reverb - Nothing to go off, mystery man Erik Summers - Similar to Nyko has been super active. Although I trust him a little more then due to not killing yet. Unless I'm miss informed Beavis - Killing him would fine to kill him cause he hasn't been active at all. I think that Nyko was going to lynch Acyd until TLO looked like an easier Target and then he and the rest of the mafia decided to just kill Acyd themselves.
