The Mexico City Kings ditched almost all of their accumulated draft picks in the last 48 hours and have made it clear they are running and gunning (literally?) for the Founder’s Cup.

In the past 48 hours the Kings have acquired:

F - Jaxon Walker (232 TPE)

D - Erik Summers (250 TPE)

F - Milos Slavik (165 TPE)

F – Daldo (169 TPE)

F - Markus Nygren (167 TPE)

The Kings roster has filled out nicely. Did I mention they have only lost one game thus far this season tying Saskatoon for the best record. It seems as if this might be the case all the way to the Cup finals as Mexico and Saskatoon have gone all in this season. It surely will be a battle of two giants.

Brick Tamland, the GM of Mexico was asked about the trades he made in the last 48 hours:

Tell us about the trades and how do you think your team is shaping up Brick?

Brick is certainly a man of many words (those words don’t usually make sense). Some give credit to Mexico’s AGM, Brody Claymore , as Brick seems highly incompetent. Some give credit to former GM of Mexico, Mr. Nyko Nax, for stockpiling so many draft picks. Who is to credit? No one is truly sure given the associations between the Kings and the Sinaloa Cartel.

We’ve also accumulated the S69 (nice) Founder’s Cup. Good luck other teams you’ll need it.
