Nice to see press conferences coming back to LA more regularly!

1. Well I'll skip Moscow too, but obviously I'll always have a soft spot for London, and they seem to be a sneaky option this season.

2. I think it's going to be a huge year personally for Woods, with such a shallow roster, the points will have to go somewhere! But I'm not sure whether it'll be "valid" for awards contention.

3. I'm pretty confident in the Leafs finding a way to lose, and it looks like the Jets might join them, which means my "If it can't be the Leafs, it surely can't be another Canadian Team" puts me cheering against the Oilers!

4. I think I'll have to go with a non-depressed Quinn Hughes. When the Canucks aren't imploding, he really is slick with it, and finds an all-around game that is hard to beat.

5. I would imagine Bouchard is the easy answer. but Lose should have a spectacular season too.

6. Nice to see an AGM in LA again! AGMing is as much of an opportunity as you make it out to be, and there's a lot of room to make a significant difference. Excited to see what you do with the Stars!

Honestly I don't want to see any other team win other then us but I am always fond of Calgary, Vancouver or Seattle as I had good times there with previous players

2. What is your season prediction for your player this year?

Hoping my guys finally does well enough to win some individual awards. As long as I can get around 60-64 starts and play well I think its very possible this season.
 

3. Out of the 6 (or 4) remaining teams in the NHL playoffs, who do you want to lose the most?

Florida! As I am a Leafs fan, would be nice if we can take them the next two games.
 

4. What NHL player do you want your player to be like the most. 

Will use current goalies as examples for this question: Connor Hellebuyck in the regular season and a Jake Oettinger in the playoffs
 

5. Who do you think will lead the team in points this year?

I think PMB will lead the team this year, Lose might be close but PMB will take it just based on his experience and pedigree
 

 

6. What do you think of the hiring of an AGM? (me)

Glad to have a new AGM onboard and look forward to working with you!

1. Other than us, who would you want to win the Continental Cup the most?

I think most will think that I will say Vancouver and yeah, I think Vancouver has a good chance at winning the cup again next season with a bit of luck but I actually want to see STZ and the New York American actually win a cup but I also think I want to be part of that team that finally wins the cup to break that curse!! So, not this season I hope!! 

 

2. What is your season prediction for your player this year?

I have the same hopes every season that he reaches 50 goals and 50 assists for at least 100pts but since Bouchard took a dip last season I am hoping that he just get more points then last season; which was a lowly 78pts. Looking for 90-100pts please!! 

 

3. Out of the 6 (or 4) remaining teams in the NHL playoffs, who do you want to lose the most?

Toronto as I think it is funny that they choke every season yet the media up until the point of the choke continue to think they are the best team in the league even if they are playing the defending champions. I also cannot stand the radio commentary guy whining about all the goals and PIM that the leafs give/take. I. do feel bad for Leaf fans from time to time but they also sort of bring it on themselves too!! 

 

4. What NHL player do you want your player to be like the most. 

Pierre Marc Bouchard is similar to Pierre Marc Bouchard but maybe a bit bigger, tougher and has ability to put up more points. 

 

5. Who do you think will lead the team in points this year?

If PMB isn`t leading the team this season then I would be disappointed so that being said I am used to being disappointed by my players so I am going with Wally Lose since he should be leading the opposite line then Bouch and as long as we have one line going then we will be fine. 

 

6. What do you think of the hiring of an AGM? (me)

Nice to see another get a chance at AGM in the VHL as I have been doing now for three years and 14 seasons? Wow, it has been that long. I hope you learn and enjoy the experience as much as I continue to enjoy it in Vancouver!!
