1. We have a good mix of youth joining our core and veteran group this season.

5. Same routine every game before I head out on the ice I get dressed the same way every game , drink a green monster before pre game warm up and again before the puck drop. In warm up I have to hit both posts and the crossbar with my first three shots . That’s really it for rituals

6. pre game I eat fettuccini Alfredo or chicken and pasta before every game usually some days I change it up or skip the pre game meal but that’s not very often

1. We've got a great team, I would say top two in the conference, top four in the league.

2. Myself, Gregger McKeggegger. I'm looking forward to a great season.

3. I think DC could surprise people, probably not making the playoffs, but they could be competitive and try to make a push.

4. I think Helsinki could be an option here, they've got good players, but not any superstars.

5. My favorite grain. Honestly I'm not sure. The bread I eat most is white bread. I don't eat a whole ton of grain. I'll say whole grain because I eat whole grain goldfish.

6. I feel like Kendrick Lamar would be a super cool concert, but I would love to see another Imagine Dragons concert, or get to an AJR concert that is super unique and entertaining would be sick.

1. It’s too early to tell I believe a lot will change by the time the season is over , but Miglaskems is off to a hot start 

 

2. it’s really hard to say the top of the NA conference is really good and not showing any signs of slowing down anytime soon 

 

3. Season 86 my rookie season , it was just a season to forget as a whole !

 

4. Seeing as I’m an AGM in the E , and I played one season there I do think it’s beneficial for players to gain TPE and come to the VHL over the cutoff 

 

5. I’m gonna have to say Kelowna BC . Always a good time whenever I’ve been there

 

6. Haven’t really ever listened to them much , nor do I honestly remember any of their songs

1. Bubbles Utonium has been unreal for DC, I think they are higher in the standings than a lot would have expected.

2. With McKeggegger and Francis leading the youth movement, we can insure that it will be a long time before they break it.

3. S84. My old player Donny Carter's first (and only) season with Davos. He had broken out the previous year and on a new and stacked team I expected big things, not the second lowest point total of his career.

4. Yes definitely, I really enjoy the jumping between the three leagues, and the E makes it so there isn't any giant skill gaps in the M for new players (400 to 100) and it also gives players coming into the VHL have more of a fighting chance.

5. Alaska. It's absolutely gorgeous there, I think people just think of it as cold and they would rather warm places.

6. I have never heard of or listened to The Stokes.

1. Pretty much everything at the moment.

2. Not sure, we've got a very quality roster that just doesn't seem to be clicking.

3. Maybe something like improving the 2nd defense pair?

4. A truly elite defenseman doesn't have to be the highest scoring. They should control play in their own end and then help to be a piece of the offense and help it to click better. High point totals are a bonus. They should first and foremost be elite defensively.

5. I have, I went to an island in the Carribean.

6. Guaranteed safe 100% I definitely would go to space. I feel like that would be life changing.

1. Our team, because we've had a bad season.

2. I would procrastinate a ton and not update enough.

3. The two-way forwards. Players that are impactful everywhere on the ice.

4. Blocks, it's one of the main defensive stats and I would say very important.

5. I've had sushi. Anything other than raw fish, I don't think so.

6. Yes. It's good to see places that aren't your own home. A little adventure can go a long way.

1. What team has surprised you the most this season?
LA Stars - we are playing amazingly average with the roster that should easy be Top 4 or maybe even Top 3 in the whole league. It is just mindblowing how much we all are slacking on ice. 

2. What do you wish you knew before this season started?
That my player will struggle to win games for his team - with Sirdsvaldis I kinda expected to have a pretty mediocre season as we have some amazing players like Cooke and Nezuko on board but what is happening right now is just sad - I am doing great individually but as a team we are just not there.

3. What type of forward fo you value most?
I have always valued the physical forward, your average Power Forward who just lays his body on the line and wins every encounter. That is the forward you need to go deep in playoffs.

4. What is the most underrated stat in the VHL?
All defence strat - have never used it but is sounds like something a highly defensive team could use to win some crucial games!

5. Have you or would you ever eat raw meat?
Yes. Maybe. I love meat and I am usually open to trying things out even if they seem to me that they are a bit scetchy. 

6. Do you think traveling is important in life?
I think experiencing new things and broadening your mind is really where it is at. Traveling sure helps with that.

1. More consistency from everyone ! And to find our game and stick to it !

2. Id like to say Cooke personally this is his year to steer the ship offensively for the Stars . But is also love to see Sunglasses Joyo take that next step and break through for us next year !

3. Honestly I haven’t paid much attention to the S90 draft all that much , that being said it would not surprise me one bit.

4. Everybody love more TPE don’t they ? Of course I’d be all for earning more capped TPE every week !

5. I think it will give more players an opportunity to get noticed and play an important role for their teams . And teams will also rely less on the IA players then usual

6. Being and AGM in the E the last five seasons I really pay attention there , and pop in and look at the M every now and then just to get a lay of the land

As GM, I think right now our forward core is it. We need some help there the best. 
 

2. What player do you expect to improve the most next season?
Cooke becomes first line with Sunglass, I think those two thrive together personally

Going to be tough to say, the draft is all over the place with teams having multiple picks, could see some jumps based on teams needs

 

4. If you could would you changed the amount of capped TPE we are allowed to earn?
I think for anyone that WANTS to earn more, why not? Realistically it makes it so there are true "elite" players above and beyond the norm. Everyone right now is on an even playing field, but IRL is McDavid the same as say... a 4th line player? No. 
 

5. Do you think the VHLE going back to 6 is a good idea?
From what I've been told, it 100% seems like the best case scenario to help the E thrive, so I'm all game for it. 

 

6. Do you pay attention to the M or the E or just the bigs?

Being in the M, I absolutely pay attention to it, and I'll be in the E. The E has a big part of my 'heart' in the league as a first-ever GM there.

OK I guess. Depreciation is already hitting harder than I'd like it to and I'm finding it a bit hard to keep up with the metaphorical Kardashians as far as knowing what's going on lately on more than a surface level. That said, I'm now 2-0 in the Commissioners' Cup and still kicking.

My SV% took a dive last season and that's something I need to get back on track. I somehow was one of the worst in the league in that regard and it probably gave us a loss or two.

I just spent the past two questions blaming myself for things, so I'm going to flip the script a bit here and give the full diva answer of "scoring"--maybe if you guys put the puck in the net more, I wouldn't have to save it as much.

I mean, I've heard rumors that this might be Murray's last run with us. We were drafted together and have a long history, so if that's true it will be sad to see him go.

Please take me back to S68 in Malmo when Matt Thompson was the savior of the franchise. Not only was he the league leader in quite a bit, it was all by a really wide margin (at least in terms of shooting percentage). I had that for one season and think it would be great to have for more than that here.

1. It's going pretty well, just been really busy.

2. Pretty much everything, but the offense would be nice to see.

3. Definitely didn't really hit expectations, however I wasn't super active in getting my player better so it's partly my fault.

4. Probably consistency. We never really got large win streaks last year and there were lots of random losses.

5. Super excited to potentially get a chance to play with Napoleon Dynamite. Superstar in the league.

6. Definitely the legendary Donny Carter. Absolute stud right there.

The  Stars front office has convinced Dynamite to perform his special dance routine from Pedro’s election campaign in between the 2nd and 3rd period. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime opportunity. My question for you is does he kill it or forget the routine all together?

 

3. The Stars just held their annual captains vote , any surprises in the choices for captain and assistants this season ?

 

4. The Stars are holding a contest for a new third jersey , what would your ideal third jersey look like ?

 

5. Who do you got winning the Stanley cup this season ?

 

6. who has a better rookie season Connor Bedard or Adam Fantilli ?

4. I didn't get to do VHFL this season but I am only going to get 1 less TPE this season than I usually do

 

5. I honestly think it is a toss up between the two greatest teams to exist, LA Kings and Arizona Coyotes who ever wins the matches in Australia will win the cup

 

6. The return of the almightly LA Stars to the top of the ladder and no longer being a wildcard/cusp team
