DILAGENCY OFFSEASON CAMP

Stockholm, Sweden: It has been a fantastic start to our program here in Stockholm, and we feel like our clients are developing extremely well. Before we get into our player profiles, we’d like to welcome our newest recruit from the Jayrad Agency, Ryan Ryker! We hope you enjoy our first report, and we are looking forward to next offseason with these guys again.

(S67) LINCOLN TATE | D | RIGA REIGN @Tate

Riga defender Lincoln Tate had yet another memorable season, topping 100 points for the first time in his career in S73. He finished just one vote shy of the Slobodzian Trophy, and took home both the Labatte and Beketov for the second time in the last three seasons. He is entering his final season in the VHL with 982 TPE remaining from his astonishing 1501 total TPE up to this point.

Seeing his training here first-hand, it isn’t difficult to see why Tate is so successful. He puts himself under pressure to keep every movement surgical, and he never seems to blunder with the puck on his stick. This intense work ethic has allowed Tate to not only maintain a high level of play his whole career, but to keep improving as it goes on.

Tate’s build is everything you would want out of a 1D. He is a tremendous puck handler with unbelievable upside at both ends of the ice, and can play a physical brand of hockey as well. He has met and exceeded all expectations following his first overall selection in S67, and this season he will leave his final mark on the VHL.

(S69) PATRIK TALLINDER | LW | RIGA REIGN &

(S78) NILS TALLINDER | C | UNDRAFTED

My brothers, Patrik and Nils, have been progressing quite well over the offseason. Nils recently decided on pursuing a VHL career instead of remaining in the SHL system, and our whole family is very excited for him. Here’s what he will bring to the table in the Victory Hockey League, and I’ll add a brief rundown of Patrik’s progression to go along with it.

Not long ago, Nils was a very offensive-minded center who cheated defensively in order to create chances the other way. Over the course of the last few months, he has been working with my good friend and co-owner of this program, Elias Kallstrom, to prioritize defensive and transitional play. He has excelled in his development, and I believe he is already prepared for the challenges that the VHLM has to offer. Unfortunately, he will have to wait another few months before he turns 16 and becomes eligible though.

Patrik has had a pretty routine offseason, moreso working on maintaining the elite on-ice product that landed him 99 points in S73 instead of trying to change his play style in any way. I was super happy to see him post career highs in numerous categories, and I wish him the best in what is an important season for Riga.

(S73) JIGGLY GUMBALLS | D | Los Angeles Stars @JigglyGumballs

Young defender Jiggly Gumballs is a two-way force with impressive transitional ability. He is able to shut down opposing forwards by means of physicality or anticipation, and immediately move the puck up the ice with precision and velocity.

I figured that I would show Gumball’s end-of-season build as well here just to display his improvements over this important offseason. As he makes the jump to the big league, he finds himself stronger in every aspect, but most notably puck handling and the passing ability that I already mentioned.

S73 was huge for this player. The Lynx defenseman started as a quality second round pick for the Stars, but has evolved into one of the top prospects in the VHLM system. It has now been six consecutive weeks of hitting the limit of twelve capped TPE per week, which is a very encouraging sign for the teenager. To put this into a more appealing format, let’s take a look at Jiggly Gumballs’ capped TPE earning over his fifteen-week career to date.

As you can see, his progression has been continual and unwavering. Capping out weekly like this will ensure that Gumballs will be a really high-level player sooner rather than later, so watch out, VHL.

(S74) CHRIS REYNOLDS | LW | Las Vegas Aces @Crstats23

Another one of our bright young stars, Chris Reynolds, has had a great offseason just like the aforementioned Jiggly Gumballs. Reynolds has seen major improvements in his puck handling and defensive awareness, and will put that to use in what is almost surely his last season in the VHLM.

Chosen by Warsaw in the second round of the S74 Draft, Chris Reynolds has really shown us why he is such a valuable prospect over the course of our offseason together. He is dedicated to becoming the best player that he can be, and you can tell that he enjoys the process of getting there. His TPE earning has been steady, and it is nice to see him hit the welfare limit of 10 capped TPE per week. Here is another visual of capped TPE, this time including the five weeks since the 10 TPE welfare cap was introduced:

This trend isn’t mind-blowing per se, but exciting nonetheless. Following a 53-point S73, expect Reynolds to take a big leap forward in his development this upcoming season. This is a player that is reliable and very offensively gifted, so do not sleep on him before he lights up the minors in S74.

(S75) RYAN RYKER | RW | Houston Bulls @Jayrad28

Our youngest player at camp, Ryan Ryker, has impressed me a ton in his short time here. Despite being only 17 years old, Ryker dominates on the ice because of the raw power he has. It shows in his powerful shot, and you hear the crunch whenever he decides to throw the body. I have extremely high hopes for Ryker, and he will have the chance to prove me right in his ever-so-important draft season.

I think we will be seeing a similarly consistent player to the Jayrad agency’s previous player, Alex Pearson. Pearson has tallied over 50 points in all but one of his seasons in the VHL as he heads into his final one in S74. However, I definitely see more upside in Ryker because of his outstanding drive to succeed partnered with his immense talent. Keep your eyes out for this one, scouts.

IN CONCLUSION

It has been a wonderful offseason with these guys, and I hope they return next time around. Hopefully you all enjoyed this progress report of sorts, and we will see you in due time!

I didn’t approach anyone individually, I just threw this out there to the public and hoped someone would want to join haha

If you wanted Omdahl to join I’d be more than happy to make him part of this!

Also if there’s anyone else who would like to join, just reach out to me in the comments here or through PM ?
