  1. You have to either commit to being a tyrant or bow down to the will of the people. I know you have what it takes Devise.

  6. yup
  7. 3 correct 1st overall picks since S41. You can actually pinpoint the beginning of the end.
  8. Hello hyperbole my old friend. Obviously main characters have to survive, no matter how unpredictable a show. That's unavoidable by the very nature of storytelling. But what is avoidable is putting characters in situations where they should die and letting them live. GoT has pulled too many punches this season which is why it feels much more like fan fiction now.
  9. Not sure enough happened to warrant an episode of build-up and then an almost entire episode of events in a 7-episode season.
  10. you're not that team's GM though...

  15. I'm not sure you made the playoffs.
  16. I hate this show. How the fuck did I end up supporting the Lannisters. Well, to an extent, and I mean Starks are still better human beings (minus roboBran) but are not particularly interesting any more.
  17. Do they know it was Cersei? Do they care? Sounds like Tarly support and whatever else is left in the Reach is enough to keep King's Landing fed. The love of Euron was overkill, as is Euron's speed of travel but I've started ignoring that since Varys' little teleport to Dorne and back. Although to be fair no one said an episode is 1-2 days, some chronological differences are allowable. That doesn't explain all the plot holes but I give the show a bit of leeway since it's still fucking good entertainment. And that episode was vintage GoT really. The tactics behind all the moves, from Tyrion devising a plan into Casterly Rock to then Jaime/Cersei handing his ass to him and his plan takes me back to peak Stark v Lannister strategy. That said, it does feel like the classic villain-on-top-before-downfall arc. Yeah, GoT goes against many customs but you think how High Sparrow seemed untouchable midway through S6 and here we are. Tis a cruel series but no way Cersei comes out on top in the end.
  18. I didn't, those hacks @sterling and @Phil did
  19. 'Tis I, but they can be copied by willing members. Or I could grant access I suppose.
