Think active recreates shouldn't be a free agent $5M cap to whoever with players choice. Should be like old days waiver claim system highest priority in 24 hours gets the player and auto bump to lowest priority.

I approve of this message. His decision to move to Vegas combined with his unique personality and way of doing things means that if you let anyone else GM Vegas this season he would be a minnow compared to what Robbie has done, is doing, and will do. Rumours are that the Las Vegas Aces will be holding a one-off exhibition match prior to the season opening to officially open T-Mobile Arena. The Helsinki Titans, led by star goaltender @Da Trollfecta Astrid Moon, have been extended an invite. Aces' GM @BobertZ Robbie Zimmers is reportedly confident his Aces will defeat the Titans and show the hockey world that his team means business.

@Banackock Aside from the dissolvement of Brampton this year FAs are generally pretty rare. Like @Street x Lite mentioned in his podcast inactive FAs should not be the dream draft pick of a GM. therefore why are we even distinguishing between active and inactive free agents and have a separate cap?

We should be focusing on why Las Vegas was allowed or how it was possible for them to build up so many assets. For me, the big reason is not Brampton FA's signing with them as without Rowe, Jokinen, and/or Syndergaard they are just as deadly. It is because they were still allowed 3 first round picks and 6 total in the first two rounds in a contracted 5-team VHLM.
