"Obviously its been an amazing couple of days hell its been an amazing year I got drafted to a great team in the davos and we all played amazing in Oslo, when we played the first game of the playoffs ill be honest i wasn't sure if we were gonna win. But, the whole team came together to beat yukon in the finals." "Speaking of the Davos they just won the continental cup what are your thoughts on that?" "Well Obviously I didn't play this year so I cant really speak for the team but, I say congrats to the guys and i really hope we can do it next year. I'm making it my goal for this season along with making the Davos but I think i can slot in nicely." "Now you were among the top Defenceman this year do you hope to win the top defenceman award?' "Honestly most guys dont even worry about stuff like that, I mean of course it was in the back of my mind throughout the season but i don't have any expectations. I played well and had over a point per game and i think i improved a lot since the previous season and that's all that really matters to me. and as you said earlier I lead the league in playoff points this season I know it sounds kinda selfish but I made it a goal at the beginning of my season to be up there for playoff MVP." "Its not selfish at all you set a goal and I along with a few others in the VHL community agree you were one of the best in the playoffs we cant wait to see what you do in the big leagues. Now, since you said earlier that you were aiming for a spot on the Davos do you think you'll have top line minutes like with Oslo? "I have no expectations at all I'll just be coming in to my first season with the team and i'm not sure if i'll just come in and take spots away from other players but i'm definitely going to give it my all and try to earn my spot with this team whether its top 2, top 4 or top 6 I dont care as long as i am on this team i'll be content. Also just coming off this win im hungry for another championship the Founders cup was just the start I want the continental cup next."
