You can judge the effort, but from newer members it's about learning and trying to improve. As long as the updaters can see improvement and trying new things, then it's still acceptable. If we go full grading like we used to, it pushes people away from the fun of a league. We'd also have to start harshly grading Media Spots. 4-5 grammar mistakes and a missed punctuation or two means you're not getting 6 TPE. The league would turn into earning TPE from professionally graded articles and high graphic skill, becoming some elite hockey league that only people with those specific skill sets would have superstar players. I know we've had this argument before, I think years ago now. If the league comes together and wants to turn into that, I'm not even really against going back to the old grading system, but we'd definitely lose people, which of course we should all be against. Our affiliates, the EFL and SBA have this same kind of reviewing system too though, and I think the familiarity is a good thing for all 3 leagues to be that way.

@Jtv123 There's a difference between what you've done here, and what other people's created sigs are, no? You've taken an already heavily edited piece of work and slapped on some logos. It's not the same as just taking a picture from Google and trying to make your own thing. Taking a piece of photography off of Google of a player and adding effects to it is different than this. You might as well be taking graphics made by VHLers this week and just adding your own team's logo and player names to them. It's the same thing.

1. Just training my ass off! I want to be in tip top shape before next season to go on a run. 2. I'm expecting at least 100 points as a goalie. 3. I want to have my best outing in net, to give my team the best chance to win the championship. 4. I think we did fairly well with the picks we did have. 5. Groovy! 6. I've been alright. Just the lack of seeing my nieces and nephews really sucks.

I already saw this in the BoG thread, but I'm kind of curious who is the 1 person that voted no for me being a builder. I'm just curious of the reason, not because I think I should be one, but because he was the only person who did vote no. It's just funny to see that it was an 11-1 vote. I was surprised to be voted in the first place.

Very brief discussion about me, and mostly just ADV saying you always forget I do updating stuff, but I got a mention so that's dope.

1. That's probably a tough one. I would say that 90% of my sports watching goes to hockey. I love hockey. But, I do watch basketball and football from time to time, but usually just NBA or NFL playoffs. Soccer, I always tune into the World Cup or Euro Cup. Sometimes I'll watch some Vancouver Whitecaps in soccer as well. 2. I once went to Cancun, Mexico for Spring Break. That was a blast. Honestly, though, I'm a lake kind of guy. We have a lot of camping options here in BC, Canada. 3. The one I watch the most would be The Office. I've seen that and Community multiple times over. My favourite season of television is likely True Detective Season 1 though. 4. Interstellar, I think? It's really hard for me to pick favourites with TV and movies because there's so much recency bias. 5. Whoever is staying in DC to train in the off-season like me. I want to come back strong and win next season. 6. Winning the cup.
