Thank you for the kind words, bro! I can say the same things about you. I think a lot of people can benefit though for sure to a more relaxed attitude on these sim leagues. It's just easier that way. Also yeah....the Canucks are pretty good these days with some great youth in Pettersson, Boeser, Horvat, and Hughes leading the charge. The future is bright.

It was flagged for effort. The quality of the image is low. Try to figure out why you're uploading images that are so pixelated. It's also a render, text, and a logo on top of a vacation picture, but this specific theme is a little harder to do graphic-wise so I'll accept your work if you add a couple sentences describing the vacation. "For graphics, the rules are obviously looser, but the key is to ensure the graphic has a vacation vibe of some sort, and a short description of a few sentences can help bring that visual to life for people who are looking at your graphic. "

I'm not entirely sure how the pic gets to be that bad. Screenshotting and saving even with MS Paint hasn't done that for me. I'd recommend using something like Photopea. It's a browser based Photoshop clone.

A @Victorarticle to capture the builder induction. Couldn't ask for a better and more respected member to write about me, and it's definitely been a wild ride to this point in the VHL! I've also said it before, but I would have been in the VHL earlier if I knew about it. I'm glad that one day @Kendrickmade a recruitment post on the Canucks.com message boards.

I 100% agree. Text over top of a picture from Google can only cut it for so long. Newer members can get a pass a few times, but there has to be some effort after that. Although as mentioned, this could have been brought up internally to the updaters, me, or the blues, etc. Sometimes an updater will approve a graphic, not knowing that the majority of it isn't their work. I don't see everything on the site either, and things can slip through the cracks. Both the McDavid and Gaudreau ones are somewhat acceptable for a first or second graphic, but outside of that, rules are rules and you can't just download a picture and throw some text over it every week. If that's the case, then just start writing Media Spot articles. It took me a long time on VHL to be able to post graphics for 6 TPE personally. I used to do Media Spots every single week because my graphics all sucked, and this was when things were graded and not reviewed. You had to have a pretty good graphic on Photoshop in order to get a pass. Things are obviously easier now, and you get some learning curve passes initially.

I don't think you can just take an already made logo and just add some colour/outline to it. This is the official City of Phoenix logo with a small edit.

1. I can't decide this one, honestly. I don't want to single anyone out! Everyone in the LR has been so great on and off the ice. 2. Block has been producing offensively at a better rate than the whole team. What a stud. 3. Guy Lesieur has always had some fantastic hands. Always kills the shootouts in practice. 4. Michael Jordan! Always an inspiration, even though it's from basketball. Hockey-wise, I would have to say Martin Brodeur. What an amazing career with unbeatable goalie records. 5. Iced capps from Tim Hortons! 6. I'm an elevator mechanic, personally. Some know it, some don't. Before you say it, yes, it does have it's ups and downs.

Cologne Express were a great team for many seasons. They should have been back during expansion.

You think you could switch it up a bit? This is literally the same picture as last week, with the logo and team name, but you put stats in it. Try not to use the same picture for multiple PTs.
