  1. Wake up way too many times in a night. Haven’t had a full nights sleep without waking up since returning from Australia in October. Wearing on me. Anyone deal with this and what was the fix/issue etc? 😅

Sorry to hear that! It's definitely an issue that compounds as it goes with how imperative sleep is to us. Hopefully it works out for you sooner than later!

I will 100% say that it is due to time zone swap!!

I have similar issues where I wake up in the middle of the night or never get a true deep sleep so I feel you. Sleeping pills work but also avoid coffee or energy drinks as I found this makes the issue worse. I have been living in Japan now five/six years and I still have the same issue.

Try also blacking out your room and relaxing somehow before going to bed even if taking a pill to help fall a sleep as the pill will not keep you a sleep. Also working out just before bed so the body and mind is tired also can help.

      Good Luck!!

Geez, really? @Gaikoku-hito I was fine going from Canada to Australia if so. I’m bad for late night snacking etc. Usually have a bathroom break in the middle of sleep.

Room is pitch black, air con is running for noise and keeping it cool. My body and mind are often tired but they’re massively tired rn. Have had a headache all day from lack of sleep I’d imagine. Eyes feel sore too!

No issues falling asleep. Just waking up tons and it’s kicking my butt.

      5-6 years and still??
