Ok, so here's the deal. As the AGM of Las Vegas, I want to do the following things: + Win a Founder's Cup + Be involved + Be well liked by my players (and Poptart) + Have a successful career here I am looking forward to working with Poptart. I have been here a day, and it seems I have already completed 2/4 goals, and will probably hit all of them. We will go through phases, and we will do whatever it takes to fit the kind of strategy we are going for. It is KEY that the players feel welcome and feel that they belong here. Here in LV, we really need to TRADE VAN STRONK! (someone please PM me if you want him. 2nd rounder please, ok back to the article-) We are a team that has a lot of history behind it, and next season (if all goes well), we will be announcing captains again. I feel Poptart is a great boss, and we can have a great management career together! That is why I feel I will stay in Las Vegas as long as I can! Poptart has given me a great opportunity. Eventually, if he teaches me about STHS, I would be more than happy to be the GM if Poptart gets a better job. I feel at home here, as should all of my players.

Both of these guys are amazing people. Ricer was on my WJC S69 team and he was a great guy. Bridges and I have had brief PMs about the VHLM and AGM jobs. Both also have previous experience.
