VHLM PLAYOFFS ROUND 1 - by Kristopher McDagg AKA Viperxhawks19 Starting off with a 7-0 win for Saskatoon over Yukon. That started the playoffs, and it'll end it, too. The VHLM playoffs is a time where players can show their true playoff potential. Teams bleed and shoot, other bleed and choke. No mater what, you're dedicated. Saskatoon swept Yukon in round one. Then, Mississauga went on to sweep Ottawa in an action packed series. Moving on, we have San Diego getting a 1-0 series lead. Mexico City fights back to make it 1-1, 2-1, 3-1 , and ending it in game 5. Finally, not a sweep haha! Then Halifax and Philadelphia face off in a compelling series! Lots of back and forth battling and blood shed! In the end, Halifax went on to win the series. Now they have to face Saskatoon (I predict a sweeeeep). At the time of this article, 2nd round has started. I can only read player stats from 1st AND 2nd round, so yeah. David OQuinn from Saskatoon as a mouth watering 13 points in 6 games! Over a 2 PPG pace. Ondrej Ohradka and Edwin THE Encarnation follow closely behind with 12 points in 6 games. Playoff favorite: obviously Saskatoon. I may be bias, but I really believe Saskatoon will win. Saskatoon is just strong and fierce. The first round just showed everyone what the teams can do. It was a nice first round, and and even wilder second round, so I predict, and I believe everyone in the VHLM and VHL are excited to see the young talent. The VHLM playoffs are honestly more important for the VHL GM's because they can see who to draft/who they draftED and how they perform under pressure. The fact that we saw 2 sweeps and 2 action packed series in the FIRST ROUND ALONE is insane! The only thing that would have been better was a game 7, too! The world of hockey playoffs is an insane realm where people don't die. The old vets, don't die. The young guns, stride. Everything is insane. The wildness of this first round is insane because of the goalies. They don't get enough respect in the playoffs, from what I've seen. If they put up a great series and win a bunch, great! If they get swept, 'least they put up a great series to watch! Unless they were just truly awful, I think the playoff success comes from them! The goalies and players combine, though, is game changing. The fact that they can stand on top of their heads while juggling 3 pounds of pucks along with a sword of fire is insane. That is the amount of talent it requires to play like they do. One thing is for sure, though. The players and teams all put in effort, and do what they have to do. The fortunate ones think of something, and accomplish it. One might say, The Founders Cup. Kristopher McDagg's work. All rights reserved. © KMcDagg Articles

I'll apply. I have been interested in becoming a GM since I started, and an AGM could be the thing I need.

1. Yes, the first game I knew it would be a sweep. 2. Sweeeep. 3. No, not really. After the NHL 2019 playoffs, I expect anything from any leagues haha. 4. Not going to lie, I had to google it. I am deeply sorry for anyone who was affected by this 5. LA Beast. 6. Yes. 7. Saskatoon's record. 8. Well, Elmebeck you already know this, I don't go shopping haha. 9. Friends and family coming over. 10. Get onto the HC Davos Dynamo roster, exercise more, do well in school.

From the views of Saskatoon player, Kris McDagg. Saskatoon had a win streak over 20. After failing to make the playoffs the year before, we win the league. The playoffs appear to be doing well, but what was the key to this team's success? Well GM Peace made some outstanding trades for outstanding players. The line chemistry was a factor, and great performers. It was a scary situation for McDagg as he doesn't perform on good teams, but he wants to win, also. The team has been killing it and McDagg is slowing down. But Saskatoon has been amazing! The team is just a great team in general, and the management helped players a lot, and also makes players feel more welcome. "It was cool to be on this team, and I will be here for like 3 more years." McDagg had to say. This team is the dream of McDagg, and he was happy, along with everyone else. The team is likely to win the cup, and the players and GM/AGM have high hopes. Kristopher McDagg's work, all rights reserved. © KMcDagg Articles

1. I can do a lot more with more ice time, but that isn't my call. I am fine wherever management puts me as long as I play, I get it's a stacked roster so let the good guys play. 2. That shouldn't even be possible! It just shows you how good this league is the the talent going to the VHL. 3. Personally, I watch him and he's cool. But this could bring loads of potential HOF players. Aaand more trade bait ??? 4. Not new but I've been here for around 3 months. It's fun, yeah, and lots of nice people. When I was new it was difficult, but some amazing people (@Elmebeck, @Peace, @FrostBeard) helped me out. 5. Halisux. Why? Because their Halisux. 6. Turkey and Ham. Along with some mashed potatoes, and yes, football. (And hockey around the same time)

1. Not great. My season is off to terrible season, and I'm pretty upset. But at least the team's doing well. 2. Odin Omdahl. Kid shows potential. 7th overall, doing pretty well. Wish I was as good at him. 3. Home opener vs Mississauga. First game of the season and a solid win. Pretty nice. 4. Yes. I wish I went in the second round, but I can't complain. 26th is still pretty good. 5. Saskatoon Stealth. Picture of a ninja. SS for short. This is how I think of Saskatoon. 6. Seek and Destroy. Shows Saskatoon will stop at nothing to absolutely cream the opponent.

Kristopher McDagg "Where I Want to Go" VHLM Daily - S69 VHL Draft Special Reporter - Jakub Kubb With the S69 draft approaching, Kristopher McDagg is ranked at 28 as of 10/22/19. McDagg would have liked better, saying he doesn't drop or rise, but he is happy to even be drafted. McDagg is proud to have gotten a 50 point season as a 19 year old in the minors. The young power forward has been looking into New York to play there. He has good chemistry with a couple of the guys on there, and he just honestly feels they are a good team. McDagg has a role model, a Swedish power forward by the name of Peter Forsberg. McDagg had this to say in an interview about the draft on 10/19/19, "Um, you know it's a tough league to play in. You gotta keep your head in the game, which sometimes I struggle with. I am hoping with a few years of development in the minors, I will be VHL ready. I am very excited for the draft because I really want to see my friends from Houston in New York. I hope New York has noticed me and if they have a pick around my draft ranking, they pick me. If not New York, then I'll probably like to head to Calgary. Either would be great for me. I am hoping I go to either of those teams and becoming an Elite forward before my retirement." Everyone at the interview were stunned with a second choice as Calgary, as for people were expecting somewhere like Prague. Kris does like winning, but he also likes to be on a rebuilding team so he can be the hero, like he always said in his younger years. McDagg is a 19 year old power forward LW, as you know, but he is a super solid defensive forward, and a solid checker. His scoring isn't that bad, either. He had a well balanced season this year in Saskatoon. Peter Forsberg has seen Kris play back in Houston, not in person of course. Forsberg had this to say about McDagg last year, "So this kid in Houston shows potential, right place, right time. Just the kid isn't doing that hot point wise, and I hope he picks up the pace next year." It seems that when McDagg is on a winning team, he doesn't perform. On a struggling team, he gets a descent amount of points. Kris just wants to let the good and bad teams to know that this Good vs Bad teams affect his draft position, and will adapt soon to any locker room. Oh, and another thing, McDagg wants a non-toxic locker room, otherwise he will no doubt refuse to play and demand a trade. That is one of McDagg's weaknesses. So be aware of your players, and make sure to get them to either behave, trade them, or trade McDagg (or even not draft him). That was all we have for now on VHLM Daily, stay tuned for more on McDagg!
