To anyone who knew Elme, or even didn't know Elme, I'd like to pay tribute to someone who left us far too soon. The word "strong" gets thrown around a lot, during tragedies (such as the Boston Marathon Bombings) or losses. Today, we not only lost a friend, a family member or just a colleague in the VHL, we lost a strong individual who was kind, big hearted and most importantly, respected around the community. You are all more than welcome to wear this in your sig, something simple but with a strong message, and something to show our appreciation for the life that was, and will forever be, #elmestrong Cheers ya'll.

I reached out to him numerous times before he bothered updating. his first article was literally his first PT bashing me about not playing him, but he had not updated nor responded to me beforehand. I can't read minds. if he doesn't update and doesn't reply to my DM's, he's inactive in my mind. I made the commissioners and other GM's aware of that as soon as I could and provided DM's showing he hadn't bothered to respond to me welcoming him to the team, or trying to engage with him. The resolution has been found, he's been sent to another team. I don't do well with being called out for fake news.

@Gooningitup you didn't reply to any of my DM's, nor did you join the LR, I took that as a sign of inactivity. I reach out to all my players to ensure they are active, even if you don't join the LR, a quick response would've told me to give you some more time. Also, a DM likely better than an article, but to each their own.

Confirmed. Dil is selling ship, I figure an inactive at his TPE is better than no actives and can fill the gap for a while. If he comes back, even better but for now, doesn't seem to be the case. We'll see. I loved having him a few seasons back

After some consideration and a lot of applicants (even people who didn't post here applied and went through the process). I am glad to add a very good friend of mine and seasoned vet of sim leagues @fever95 to the team. It's been a crazy ride, I couldn't have asked for a better AGM applicant pool, but this is gonna be our go-to for a little while as he learns the ropes of the VHLM.

Unfortunately at this time, @Alex Bridge has informed me due to in real life situations, that he will no longer be able to man the reigns of AGM, which I can totally respect and understand. I'm glad in this short time that we've been able to get along, and I certainly do not feel like I made the wrong decision hiring him, however he understands the need for an AGM to be very active and engaging, which he just knows he cannot commit to atm. With that being said, I'm a very fun GM, I'm an active GM but if you're going to be my AGM, I want someone who: > Is Active > Willing to learn > Is committed to the team regardless of results > Willing to go above and beyond for the sake of players fun If that is you, this is what the job entails: > Setting lines/tactics when I am unavailable to do so > Recommending line/tactics whenever you god dang please > Recruitment (this is a biggie) > Draft Scouting > Discord & Forum Engagement I'll field some applications for a bit, see how peoples activity levels have been, and then make a decision immediately when I feel I have found the right candidate. I know the tasks seems like a lot but you're taking over from one hell of an AGM who has done a lot for this team, and I don't really care for slackers.
