Hello, I am applying for the position of Philadelphia Reapers GM. Now I know there is a lot of candidates that will likely be applying, some with great criteria, some with great backgrounds and so on, but I am not here to talk about them, I am here to talk about me. Today, I want to share why I will be the best applicant for this position. IR hired me two seasons ago, when we officially were given the Marlins expansion team. Since then, I have learned a lot, and craved more for myself in the management side of things. Now, I can successfully: Make Lines Use portal for GM purposes (been instructed how to, anyways) Handle myself in a professional manner I've also made it my duty to ensure that the players are my number one priority, whether they need help with the builds, or need help with achievement tracker, or just about anything they could ask for, I am there. I promise to provide a healthy, fun, safe and active locker room atmosphere, as I have with the Marlins. I've made it my goal and my mission as an AGM not only to see it that our team finds success, but primarily to make sure our PLAYERS have fun. A lot of our players this season were new to the league, they hadn't ever experienced the VHL or the VHLM like many other members have before, and at times we could've sold off, at times we could've tanked and let them go, but because of the experience we created for them, they actually told us they'd rather stay, then leave, and it's good to know I was able to contribute to their happiness in my time as AGM. So if you want someone who is serious, but able to have fun, simple and relaxed, but also dedicated to the cause, and if you want someone who genuinely CARES about the well-being of his team, his players and their happiness, then look no further...I am your guy. I want this more than anything, I've actively done my part in trying to get a GM spot for so long, I am now hoping this is my chance.

Hello there, first and foremost I am applying for Saskatoons AGM role. I know, I've had a shady past before but trust me when I say, I can be the first one to admit it and I know it's not great, however, I'd like to move past that and help this franchise lift the cup! But enough talk about my past let's talk a little bit about my experience. Currently, I have one position as San Diego's AGM. Yes, I have not had that many jobs but you have to start somewhere. I have learned a hell of a lot from this position. IR has taught me how to rebuild a team from the ground up. San Diego had no assets going into S67, not a single draft pick had been made, the franchise didn't even show up to draft day, because their plan was simple, build from the ground up, sign some brand new prospects, and make it a journey. Even with prospects joining the Marlins left and right, people where doubting our team. I made it my goal to work our asses off and show this league not only what IR is capable of but what I can do to help San Diego. So why should you choose me? there is 1 simple answer. I care. That's right I care. I care for my team. I care that they are happy and want to play on the team. I care that they enjoy the league and what it has to offer. That is why you should pick me. Way too many people care that they win the cup and while I do. I care a hell of a lot more about my team's morale.

1) Right now, the Titans sit at 3rd in the division with only a few games left to play. How confident do you feel about the upcoming playoff run? I feel pretty good about our chances in the playoffs. Were a good team. We've done it once before we can do it again. 2) If you had to give an award to one player on the team, who would it be? It would be Alexander Pepper. He has single-handedly won us a few games. He an amazing goalie and we need him if we want to get that cup. 3) Conversely, the time to speak up is now. Is anyone on the team under-performing? Do they need a little pick-me-up before the playoffs? I still think I'm underperforming even though people say I'm not. But also I think the whole team could pick it up a bit more to give us that extra skill going in. 4) Expansion has been a hot topic in the VHL as of late. What does your ideal expansion team look like? I would probably want a team in New Brunswick. Don't ask me why. 5) Do you feel as if we have something to prove, entering the playoffs as the defending champs, even though our spot in the standings doesn't support it? Ya, I for sure still feel that we need to go in there and show everyone why we won it last year. We have a lot to prove. 6) Overall, how do you feel about how this season played out? Its been a good season. I have done decently this season and i can't really speak for my teammates.
