I'd like if you guys made shoutouts more of a natural thing instead of forcing it. Also agree neutral is kinda shitty. If you want to keep shoutouts at the end it shouldn't be a set format where everyone has to equally do everything for each position and an equal number of positive and negative. If you guys feel only 1 person was positive for the week and twelve people were negative that would be better.

Grading is about the quantity of things you grade not the quality of which you grade at. I'd grade everything in a day 5.5 so it looks like I tried but they still get a 6.

When we do voting for things in the VHL its often a copy and paste type thing done from top to bottom. If you are going to vote for say the all stars we copy and paste in order of points from high to low the players on that conference. I could very well be overstating this but I'm pretty sure there is an inherent advantage to being at the top of most things voted in the VHL. Anyway not making a big deal about this but just food for thought things should be sorted alphabetically and force users to actually look at the players more for anything involving a vote.
