  4. 1. Call up Tanky you cowards, ill get the team going. 2. Beat up the homeless in the street, its team tradition. 3. TANKY. NEXT SEASON (if I am still in New York) TANKYMANIA WILL RUN WILD. 4. Skating up and down the ice at full speed then crashing into the boards. 5. The Penguins got carter, decent trade since we're only taking half his contract. There was rumblings about Nicolas Deslauriers but nothing came to fruition. 6. I've got a small jersey collection going across a lot of the NHL.
  5. In S67, I was drafted 5th overall to the Seattle Bears. This came as a surprise to not only me, but many other players, gms and members at the time. Going into that night I had no idea where I was going to land. He’s the story of what could’ve changed it all. The draft was set to be early July, Bana first messaged me on May 11th. I didn’t know it but he pretty nearly won my heart with one message. The next gm to message me came a week before the draft, with a few different teams reaching out. The top prospects at the time were a ton of first gens in me, Tate, Rayz, Aston Martin and a few more. It was a weird draft and you were taking a chance by drafting somebody on their first player. The draft lottery was won by Moscow, who then traded it to Malmo, who then traded it to Riga, where it would stay. The draft was shaping up to be Rayz Funk sweepstakes. Before the trade to Riga, I heard Rayz Funk would be going first to Malmo, except he was asking for a lot of money and things weren’t shaping up well. Then I heard I was going to be first, then the pick got traded to Riga. My draft interview with Riga was terrible, I straight up told Hedge I didn’t want to play for a long time there. I think due to how close he contacted me I really wanted to go to Seattle. I would’ve been fine with going to Riga, I just wouldn’t have preferred it. In the end, I had absolutely no clue where I’d end up going, and the draft was a real surprise. Lincoln Tate, the second best defensive prospect, went to Riga. I went 5th overall to Seattle, who had gotten Rayz Funk at 2nd. This was the start of the Seattle dynasty you all know and love. But what if I was taken 1st? What if I went to Riga? What would my career have been? For starters, I probably would’ve signed my entire career to Riga. Even though I said I didn’t really want to, chances are I would be swayed in my first couple of seasons. I didn’t like the idea of swapping teams anywhere at the time and liked to remain loyal. Me going first would probably mean Seattle would take Tate 5th, still creating somewhat of a dynasty. It's hard to know whether we would have the same impact on our teams but Seattle would most likely still be winning cups with that core. And I guess by that logic Hogan would be in the HOF. Tate and Funk just doesn’t have the same ring to it, although I'm sure Funk would’ve preferred it. Either way, I'm happy I went to Seattle. I met some great players, won a lot and had a great time. Seattle has always been my home and I could definitely see myself returning one day.

Oh VHL, you can be great, you can be hell You can go on a cup drought for 20 seasons with no sign of glee Or you can win 4 in 8, just like me Not many can win it all 4 times When your careers over and the bell chimes Will they look back on you as a average player Or will they look back as a hall of famer The debate on Hogan has run rampant Some say he should go in, others say he should remain absent The second most points in class, but some still says he's ass But what's the one thing he never did Win an individual trophy just like a squid Some hold this at high standards for whatever reason If you don't induct Hogan, it will be treason. Do I really need to list everything he's done? He's got all the competition beat, one by one Will he finally reach the top next season? Or have his glory TAKEN, staring Liam Neeson We only know in time But if he's not, Tanky's hits will climb
  10. shut the fuck up
  11. 1. Good team morale, beejs after each game all around the locker room. 2. I think the bottom 3 wont make it. We're seeing some separation now. 3. Seattle, won a bunch of the cups there and had great teammates. 4. Hogan week. Everyone writes about the vhls best ever player Hulk Hogan. 5. Rainbow tape up the shaft candycane. 6. Scrambled like my opponents brains.
  12. 1. Bad, Tanky needs to play on bad teams. If New York continues to be good I may have to leave. 2. DC, boys went from playoff to sucking ass. Haha @Enorama 3. In the VHLM I suck, least points on the team and a bad +/-. I need to pick it up. 4. I have no idea whats going on but I will always say Seattle because of how many times they've whooped New York over the past 10 seasons. 5. A guy walks into a bar and sees a bunhc of meat on the roof. he says hey bartender why is there meat on the roof. the bartender says welll if you can jump up and hit tha t picee of meat everyone in the bar gets a free shot. but if you miss you have to pay for everyones shot. the guys looks up and down, thinking about it before he finally says no, the stakes are just too high. 6. MMA, beating asses over there.
  13. 1. Thatcher, right now he's got 4 goals and seems to be adding more. 2. Young Boys in New York. 3. Discord always, way easier for back to back conversation and link sharing. 4. Not very, I've seen teams win 1 or 2 games in the first ten then go on to win the cup. Winning feels nice though. 5. Seattle, Seattle always wins the cup. 6. Bit of everything, rap, pop, indie and so much more.

  15. Welcome back to everyone's favourite series I have neglected for 3 seasons in a row. This post marks the 10th season anniversary started all the way back in S67. As per usual, I will go through the bottom 3 picks of the VHL draft and give them my rating. 62nd Overall Helsinki Selects- RW Brent Skimmer This is a solid pick from Helsinki. Brent didn't claim since February 21st but has recently sent in a 10 tpe week claiming affiliate welfare among some smaller claims. It seems he has an active player over on the EFL and can consistently claim affiliate TPE. All his GM needs to do is remind him politely every week to link it, then you have a guy getting some TPE each week. 63rd Overall Malmo Selects- RW Apollo This is a decent pick, Apollo has recently claimed TPE for the first time in over a month in the form of welfare. I doubt Apollo will ever play a VHL game unless their activity changes but they could always be a solid player in the VHLM. 64th Overall Chicago Selects- Emils Pless Emils has been consistently claiming welfare and practice facility. Theirs always a chance these players can bloom into something good but they will most likely remain solid VHLmers for their careers. Overall this draft was better than most. Normally this late you don't see any TPE earners at all. I wish all 3 of them the best as their careers continue.
  16. No why cant i indent is everyone lying to me
  17. thanks it doesnt work for me but i trust you
  18. Why He Joined VHLM: At the ripe age of 34, Tanky has played in 43 different hockey leagues. He has travelled the world and has now decided to take his "talents" to the VHLM. Reporters have constantly been asking Tanky why he has decided to come to the VHL, and his reasoning is obvious. He has been banned from every other league in the world. The choice was either retiring or coming to the VHLM. But after seeing his hero painfully not awarded a spot in the Hall of Fame after an incredible career (2nd in points, 2nd in hits, 1st in shot blocks, 1st in PPG, 1st in assists in his class) Tanky knew what was right. He knew he had to kill everyone in the league. Tanky's Introduction to Hockey: Tanky started playing hockey a bit late, he was 30. His childhood was great, living in Israel with loving parents and 2 siblings. When he was 29 he moved to Canada, the land of opportunity. Tanky quickly discovered hockey and was amazed at what he saw. He wanted in on this action. Tanky quickly looked towards the largest league in the world, the VHL and saw a team going through a massive tear. That team was the legendary Seattle Bears. A team with legends of the league Rayz Funk, Scott Greene, Berocka Sundqvist and so much more. But to Tanky, his eyes fell on the young stud of a defensemen Hulk Hogan. He had big hits, great passing and ability to outfight anyone in the league. Tanky was amazed. He trained to be just like his hero. To his dismay he never learned the passing, only the other things. Once teams realized his potential as hitter offers got lined up in his email (knishmybigmuscles25@outlook.com). The Other Leagues: As previously mentioned Tanky has been in 43 leagues, Tanky is no longer aloud to play in any of these. He's been suspended for a number of reasons, fighting, hitting, eating on the ice and tons more. He has promised to the VHLM to not get suspended no matter what he does. His game is finally clean. Those 5k fines really hurt him financially. The Present Day: And now Tanky is ready to go into the big leagues. After 5 years he will be entering the same league his hero once ran wild in. Tankymania beings now. BE AWARE VHL JABRONIS. -Hulk Hogan not tanky ^ just some other guy doing a terrible hit like a bitch
  19. ive been in this damn league near 2 years now and when i click tab i got no indent. you expect me to hit the space bar 5 times?? fix your shit vhl. by the way people are gonna be like "wahhh dont write your posts in the forums incase they get deleted" shut up. ive had that happen atleast 5 times and i accept the consequences to my stupidity. ADD INDENT FEATURE
  20. i was a beta tester on the app, im fully willing to take over
  21. The Israelian force Tanky is coming off his very first season in Saskatoon. What did he do? Only broke a few records. He was an absolute beast racking up 377 hits, 271 PIM (only 9ths worst in the entire league) and a whopping -56 +/-. Tanky's career started as ones normally would, he declared himself for the VHLM draft and was chosen 36th overall by the Saskatoon Wild. A semi-promising team with a handful of good young prospects. During his opening season Tanky was announced as an alternate, behind captain Braxton Hunter and first-in-line Griff Mackenzie. Tanky came into the league wanting to do only one thing. Avenge his hero. Many have said that Seattle Bear legend Hulk Hogan was deserving of HOF, to no avail. So now the reign of Tanky will destroy this league until Hogan's eventual HOF induction is announced (Which will happen I'm just now sure when). The best way to avenge somebody is to decimate anyone who doesn't believe in him. Every single one of Tanky's 377 hits were all for Hogan. Every single person hit by Tanky this season was a Hogan doubter, and they got what was coming to them. The 271 PIM just came as a part of the massive hits Tanky was laying out every single night. During the entire season he only put up 2 fights, was it because hes scared? Was he not willing to drop the gloves? NO. Everybody else was. The entire vhlm is full of "a bunch of losers who cry when the deodorant is running low and the edges of the container scratch them" in Tankys words. The league cannot handle this man. Nobody can. On the other hand he had 2 assists and 0 goals. Not very good, but not terrible. That's still more points than 311 other players (most of whom didn't play more than 50 minutes). Tanky's offense is almost certainly going to improve in the upcoming seasons, and if it doesn't who cares, it will get him more hits. A spark in Tanky's offensive game could make him one of the greatest players the VHL has every seen. The season continued on as normal for Saskatoon, with them barely missing a playoff spot, ending the year. Tanky is set to return for S77, promising big things, even more hits, fights and less of those pesky PIM. Only time will tell what's next for Tanky, but if it's what he promises the entire VHL world should be on their tippy toes. He's coming. Tick tock Tanky hittin some bitch ^
