The amount of disgusting people that come in like vultures, is just stupid. If we had the sales we've had the past 3-4 days before the store was closing, they'd have NO reason to close. We've exceeded our sale goals by like way too much for the time that's going on. The only thing that may benefit me to keep my job longer is that I have experience in Starbucks, Electronics, Sales Floor, Backroom and Cashier. So because I've been in so many departments and I've been a TL and now ETL in Electronics, they may keep me haha.

While you certainly had the better job, I know how you feel. Working at Target, being laid off/without a job seems to be the 'in thing' right now. Hopefully you find a new one soon, and all the best to you Bush

I really do love the background and the text is out of this world. Severance is work severance, so if we stay open 16 weeks, we get nothing. It'll be just like getting a normal paycheque which no one seems to understand haha. It's not "work till they close" then get it, it was in affect the day the news launched. As for my education/experience. I worked at Walmart before going to Target, so I could always go back. I went to school for IT and graphic design, so I could explore those options as well. Overall, just crappy to be getting the boot because the company can't keep itself afloat.

So, in the next 3-4 months I'll be out of a job. Target Canada has stated they will be closing their doors in all of Canada after reportedly losing over 1 billion dollars in their time open in Canada, and in all of 2013/14 alone. They're giving us the 3-4 months to keep our jobs, plus a severance for 16 weeks but it's still not the same. I'm just letting you all know that my time will now be severely shifted to finding a job while all of this goes down. I'll still be active as can be, so don't fear, just thought I'd share.

Effort: 2/2 - Always good with a Frank sig. Everything is there to show the evidence of some work being put in there. Look: 3/3 - To me I have the complaint about the logo randomly being half opacity in the middle of the text, kind of just sitting there taking away from the actually really well fitting text. I think this is all blended perfectly and looks stellar, I have no major reason to dock here. Creativity: 1/1 - Yeah Total: 6/6

Effort: 2/2 - Wow, lots done here. Really good work, I really can see the work put into this, you've come so far. Look: 2.75/3 - May get bashed here, I don't really care as I like to give critiques rather than just let everything slide. While the lighting is good, it's a little too much over his head, kind of takes away from the really nice effects you've done to the render. Text is really good, I like the effects behind it and such, it stands out and draws the eyes to where it needs to be. I just feel like the stock work may be a little too overdone in some areas, taking away from the work done underneath. Creativity: 1/1 - Yeah Total: 5.75/6

Effort: 2/2 - I can see the effort put in, all the essentials and then some. Look: 2.75/3 - This is a huge step up I'd say, so I'm rewarding you for it, to encourage that you continue to improve. Really good blending, I like the right side beside the render, looks really nice. Text could be better but for the graphic it works and fits in, certainly doesn't take away that's for sure. This is so different than we've seen in a while, it's nice and refreshing. Render effects are amazing, text really fits in and I like the black/white scheme. Not sure if someone can change the title to this, but KitRas and I have agreed we'll still do this in the off-season. I think Bratislava is going to be a much better place to be this season and probably next season too. They've got bright futures, I just want to see two new members succeed. Good luck guys

Effort: 2/2 - Don't think I've ever docked from you before, this won't be the first time I do. Everything is there that I need to see. Look: 2.75/3 - Some things I'm going to be picky about, so take it as you please. To me this seems a little more rushed than a lot of your other work. I know just how good you are, and to me there are some things you just did a little too sloppy that take away from the graphic. The font is usually your best aspect of the graphic, I'll be honest I'm jealous of how you get your font 99% of the time, this time however it's just pretty meh, something that looks like I made it in paint with the gradient effect over it, due to overblending. Render just kind of looks there, it doesn't look too blended in however luckily it doesn't take away from the graphics overall appearance. Just some little things that I feel could make the sig a lot better. Creativity: 1/1 - As always Total: 5.75/6

Effort: 2/2 - I suppose I'll give it. You've tried your hand at blending, you've tried to do the necessary things to make this sig work and make it complete, and even if it may not have come together properly, it's the EFFORT that counts, in this category anyways haha. Look: 2/3 - To me this is just a WIP. A lot of this looks like text, some half-attempted blending and a couple of stocks if not just one stock to make the background. However, if you add a few more stocks, properly learn some blending techniques for the render and can really make it pop, you've got a great graphic. Keep up the work and don't get discouraged. Ask around for help, 99% sure you'll get some replies. Creativity: 1/1 - I don't dock on this, so sure. Total: 5/6

Effort: 2/2 - Instant effort right here. GIF sigs are hard as fuck to make, even if the GIF is simple, trust me I found out the hard way. Layering is a pain in the ass, and to actually be able to blend, forget about it. Everything is here you need, good job. Look: 2.75/3 - Even with the GIF, I feel like this has some work to be done. Again I know it's hard as balls to really do much with a GIF when incorporating it into a sig, but with that said I think there could have been some more complimenting stocks to be added. Your other work, with a GIF like this, could be unreal. I know the skills you possess, and trust me when I say this is not knocking you in anyway, just feel like with what I've seen, a lot more could have been done. Creativity: 1/1 - Hell yeah Total: 5.75/6

Effort: 2/2 - I'll give you the marks. All of the necessities in my eyes that a sig needs to look complete, and then some extras wrapped in there to tie it all together. Good job with this. Look: 2.5/3 - A lot of this made me think you're a Frank duplicate, but then other things show me there is still room for improvement. You've got the render effects on point, I love the render a lot, and a lot of people have trouble with making it the focal point, but you really don't. However to me, the flow is just really messed up. The font blends in too much with everything else, it should also kind of pop and be close to the render so both tie in together and compliment one another. My biggest thing is the shattered glass effect, it's all lookin' like a smooth sig then BAM, the random shattered glass on top, get rid of it and I bet it instantly improves the quality. Creativity: 1/1 -Yep Total: 5.5/6 Final: 6

Effort: 2/2 - Again looks like a newer piece, I was actually really fond of your Hill piece so this to me is a step backwards but everything seems to be strategically used (stocks, font, placement, lighting, etc) to make an effective piece. Look: 2.25/3 - I'm going to go with Solas here to a tee. The render just really should be the focal point and I cannot stress this enough, so when the render looks really low quality, people won't want to focus their attention to it. You've got to make the flow of the graphic just draw the eyes right there, that's the moneymaker. Make it pop, do whatever you have to, in order to draw the attention in. I also think if the text was moved over and tucked into the left a little bit while also having less of the black drop shadow, it'd improve the overall look dramatically. Creativity: 1/1 - Yessir Total: 5.25/6 Final: 5
