I'll apply. I'm willing to drop one of my many positions to become the co-commish. I think I've been very active, a great VHLM presence and for that reason, I'd like to re-join this position.

effort: 2/2 - I can see it. It's you getting better that's for sure. look: 2.5/3 - Blending, coloring and jersey change (color wise) isn't too bad actually. The thing that kills this is the off-balance of light to dark and the font work. It just stands out too much and to me just doesn't fit at all. creativity: 1/1 - yes total: 5.5/6

effort: 2/2 - I can see the effort put in. look: 2.75/3 - Not your best, but not your worst. I don't think the background works with this at all. The font is iffy but not too bad. I say overall there is just a few things that clash. creativity: 1/1 - yes total: 5.75/6

They're so unique and creative. look: 3/3 - Some minor things may make the other graders dock, and I get it, but this is just too good. I know, you're not a graphic guy and I know the situation as to you not submitting a VHLM Mag Article, this just isn't the best and I can't give more here. look: 2/3 - Again being generous. Doesn't look awful, but there is nothing to tie it together, it's just slapped on there for some points. creativity: 1/1 - sure why not total: 4.25/6

You're great with jersey changes, you've got the stock work pretty down pat, but like Bush said, it's a little too bright for me and the text work, needs some work.
