I applied last time, and I will again. I've been consistent since being hired. Last week alone I graded 25 graphics to ensure everyone had their grades. I'd more than be willing to run it all, make sure everyone gets paid on time and make sure FIGA and all the other fun activities are done on time and properly. I also have some extras I'd love to discuss with the blue team about making it even more fun for graders.

effort: 2/2 - I see it, this is for sure your best. look: 2.75/3 - Font kills this for me. You've got placement and blending down pat, I just feel like the font doesn't work with the rest of the graphic. Text isn't too terrible, but lighting and improper blending just kill this. Also the random samurai logo just kind of sitting there, makes no sense and actually draws your eye over there, it's the first thing I noticed, no good. creativity: 1/1 - yes total: 5.25/6

I think better blending would be key to fixing this piece, and adding a better font would make it even better. Keep on working on it, you'll get there. The font stands out more than anything, you want that blended in more, and everything to be a bit brighter. Add an exposure layer to this. creativity: 1/1 - yes total: 5.75/6 final: 6.

I believe this has all the makings of one of your best, only downside that really hurts it is the text. It's great overall, but that hurts it to me. You usually have unreal font choices. creativity: 1/1 - yes total: 5.75/6
