Review time Pretty interesting concept here. I like the red and gold background idea with the black diagonal gradient. It's super simple, but would have looked cool with some effects or something. The render looks alright, without any effects added it does look like it was just pasted on, no seamless blending here. Points for the logo swap, it looks a bit big tho. The text placement would have looked better in the bottom right corner, and the font choice is pretty meh, it looks generic and 'not much thought put into it'. Not sure what level experience you have with graphics, but if you're a beginner, I'll give you a... 8/10

Review time. I just reviewed Franks and gave him a perfect 10, but now I'm just drooling... This is really good. A full line of your players and near-perfect everything. The renders and swaps, the light effects, the gradient background and filters are great. The only gripe I have with this is the text and where it's placed, I don't think it was the right choice. The font choice wasn't the best either, maybe it was a last-minute throw-in idea? 9.5/10

Review Time This is dope. You made everything fit and looking in place perfectly. That's no easy task to pull off. All the renders and logo swap are excellent, no critique. Nice touch with the black faced Emeritus too, glad you picked up on that and pulled it off. The text placement, font choices and size are also excellent. The aren't many effects that detract from the graphic, so tastefully done too. Dude this a perfect 10.

Review time. Sick. Very vibrant, almost too vibrant. The purple and blue prismatic look against a black background is candy, it just pops out and screams 'look at me'. The circular 'energy ball' looking thing is a bit weird to me; looks like a special move out of a fighting game is about to happen. Another killer feature is the dust effect on the black background, gives the effect of particles coming off the player: great idea, it ties the whole thing together. The text could have been placed to the right more, away from the player. Also not sure if there's a name error, switching the last name and first name's order. 9.5/10 baby

Review time Looks alright actually. The background is a bit distracting though, and I'm wondering what the initial idea was behind it. Maybe it was an 80s inspired Miami idea? The render looks good, but its too crisp compared to the background. Points for the logo swap, it looks too small and not properly positioned either. Interesting font choice, its not my favorite but hey if you like it, that's cool. Maybe placed more to the right and lower, it could have been bigger. Would have liked to see more filters or effects to tie the whole graphic together. 7/10

Dragons, what kind of impact can he bring to Toronto? He can provide us with some consistent veteran leadership for sure. Glad he's here. 3. Which prospect in Toronto's farm system has really caught your eye so far this season? Bo Johansson has definitely improved and he's been a bright spot for our future, interacting with us. Excited to seeing him in Legion jersey next season. 4. Do you anticipate any other trades being made by Toronto before the trade deadline? Possibly. Could bring in another veteran skater, but at what cost? We have a solid nucleus already. 5. What Season 83 prospect do you think would be able to make the biggest contribution to the Toronto Legion? Ryuji Sakamoto and Brian Kowalski could be good prospects for us in the future. 6. What's your favorite home-cooked meal? Review time: I honestly have mixed feelings with this one. The teal-ish background is a hard pass for me personally. Love the details and the idea behind it, but the color just does not match. The font choice and combination, as well as the placement, are an interesting choice; the text could've been a bit bigger... I love the render and the effects applied to it, I do have an issue with the logo swap though. It looks way off center or it just looks weirdly placed. Idk if that's just me though. Solid 9/10 though

Review time: This is cool and tasty af. I love the font choice and where it's positioned; the slight offset is a nice detail that doesn't make it predictable. The light effects in the foreground and background don't detract or cover up anything. Render looks great and points for that logo swap. Not sure what's going on with that weird circle in the top left though, or the diagonal white liens going across. 9.5/10 Nice work as usual!

1. One week into the new season, Toronto sits at second in the North American Conference, trailing only the two-time defending champions, Vancouver. Is this the level you expect the Legion to play at this season? I expected this pretty much. We're good, but we're still a young group. Things can go south quickly. 2. After starting the season 8-0, Toronto has lost three of their last four games. What do the Legion need to do to get back on track? Keep on trucking through. We will get our streaks. 3. Kyle @Peace is tied for the league lead in goals with 14, and leads the VHL with 28 points. Are we gonna see him bring home some serious hardware in Season 82? We could, I'd like to see him win a Stolzy, could be the third year in a row that a Toronto player wins it. 4. What player's performance around the league has surprised you the most this season? Kyle Peace. Stunning how he just became a dominating presence that we can depend on. 5. Are you aware that Trivia has made its triumphant return? Did you submit any questions for it? Nope. 6. Other than ice hockey, of course, what's your favorite event at the Winter Olympics? Probably moguls and snowboarding, that jumps and tricks are cool to watch.

Review time: Hey man, long time no chat. Another Cobberson eh? Are they twins or what? Good idea to have second renders shadowing the ones in front, but if they were black and white, they wouldn't detract from the main ones. Add something for the background, plain white is misleading; that would help bring everything together. Not crazy about the font or text; you could add a "the" at the beginning. The effect on the font is a nice touch though. The black dot effect would have been cooler with a background, but at least you can tell where the borders are because of it. You got some room for improvement and I have no doubt you will! 5/10

Review time: I like this a lot. Its so simple and concise. Leaving nothing out, a perfectly sized render with a slick logo swap, the score and the background with the matching color. What could have been improved on is the whole size of the graphic; it's too big. Keep the ratio the same, just resize it to like 400 or 450px lengthwise and it's golden. Maybe add an effect or two to add some tasteful detail, but this on par for a 2-pointer. 8/10

Season 82 Opening Night Presser! 1. On the eve of Season 82, what expectations do you have for the Toronto Legion as the new season begins? I expect us to do well, maybe surprise some people and maybe ourselves. Mostly I'm expecting us to be good enough to win a playoff round. 2. Otto Numinen was the leading scorer in Season 81, so after his retirement, who will become the offensive leader for this team? Peace and Fire are taking the reins of this young, gifted juggernaut. 3. What team do you feel is the biggest threat to win the Continental Cup this season? Maybe Vancouver? Maybe us? I like us. 4. Toronto recently hired a new AGM, what were your thoughts on the new addition to management? Excellent. Has plenty of experience and hes our biggest cheerleader, so it's an awesome piece for us to add to our corner. 5. Who is a musical artist you don't feel gets enough respect? Dream Theater. They should be mainstream, they're so damned talented and experienced. 6. Will anyone take down Pistil Stamen to become the Unofficial VHL World Heavyweight Champion?

1. Drafting at 9th overall, Toronto selected defenseman Bo Johansson @Shindigs, further adding to the Legion's defensive depth. He factors to join pro roster for Season 83, spending this season in the VHLE with the Bratislava Watchmen. What type of impact can we expect from Johansson as a pro? We can expect him to be as good as advertised; an Elmebeck award winner should be a solid player in my opinion, and he should integrate well with what we have going on. 2. At 25th overall, Toronto drafted Phoebe Bridgers @GrittyIsKing, adding another prospect into contention to fill in for the loss of Otto Numinen in the future. What could set Bridgers apart from other forward prospects in Toronto's pipeline? The fact that he's a recreate with previous experience makes him a solid linchpin for our depth. 3. Johansson and Bridgers were the two additions Toronto made through the Season 82 VHL Entry Draft, passing with their fifth round selection. How would you rate the Legion's draft class? I didnt pay any attention to the draft to be honest, but getting Johansson and Bridgers in the 1st and 2nd round is huge. That makes this draft successful to me. 4. Who do you think was the biggest steal in this season's draft? Getting Johansson as low as we did. Thought he'd go higher. 5. What's your mindset like heading into Season 82? Looking at the difference between us and Vancouver interests me. I also dont want sths to screw Toronto over. 6. If a VHL logo of your choice came to life, which one do you feel you'd have the easiest time beating up? Malmos. Just kick a hawk at night and job done.

Review time Pretty slick, Frank. Just the text and font mixture at the top makes this look like an actual marketing ad that would would put on the banners outside of the arena. Fans would sure take note of that and believe in the Marlins' direction, something like a mission statement. Simple blue background works perfectly with the water drip overlay, and points for the logo swap. Maybe it could have used some more effects or something; I normally dig clean and neat sigs, but idk, to me it's just asking for more. Solid 9/10
