  1. I am a 22-year-old, 6'1", 180-pound forward hailing from Canada. Drafted by the Moscow Menace, I earn 12 capped per week, shoot right, and won no individual trophies best traits are SC and DF though!
  2. Congrats Alex, definitely well deserved! Huge loss for the VHLM. Pay the good MGMs 4 to keep em around.
  3. I'd love to see different criteria other than "summary of x", the different tasks sort of blend together and as Dom said, not many people ready them. I think a career task based on the dead brands, people could be quite creative with that, whether it be creating their own, or signing a brand deal with the existing ones. Just a thought. As for biography, it may just be me, but by my player's 8th season I was ready for the next player to come, and just didn't see the use in an extra 8 TPE on top of 1200+. I was putting TPE into discipline for god's sake.
  4. Sorry VHLE, see you next career maybe!

I want to be like Vasile when I grow up

  5. Vasile Lamb's Mississauga Hounds have officially been dispatched from the VHLM playoffs, losing 4-2 in a first round series versus the San Diego Marlins. The two teams were fairly evenly matched, finishing 4th and 5th in the VHLM standings overall. The Hounds were the definitive favourite however, having finished with 9 more points than the Marlins, as well as winning the regular season series 5-1. Unfortunately, San Diego, led by Los Angeles Stars prospect Christopher Young, made quick work of the Hounds, wrapping up the series in just 6 games. Vasile Lamb, the team's captain and leading scorer, took to the press to discuss his thoughts about the season. Vasile Lamb is ranked 2nd among all draftees as the Season 82 VHL Entry Draft approaches quickly. (270 Words)
  6. WARSAW PREDATORS PRESS CONFERENCE 01/16/22 Answer all 6 for 2 capped TPE. 1.) With our season officially wrapped up, how did you feel Season 81 was, personally? 2.) We say goodbye to Captain Chris Reynolds after 7 seasons with the team. Describe his career in 5 words or less. 3.) 4 teams are left in the VHL playoffs; Malmo, Moscow, Vancouver, and Calgary. Who is your favourite to win the Continental Cup? 4.) Who do you feel had the best performance for us in the S81 playoffs? 5.) Did you follow the VHLM & VHLE playoffs? Do you have a favourite team in each league? 6.) Do you have any pets? Do you want one (or more)?
  7. 1. We got a second breath in the playoffs against the Marlins, what do you think are our chances to go into the next round. Well, seeing as we have lost to the Marlins in 6, I would say our chances are currently 0%. 2. In line with the above; what do you think we need to change to kick San Diego out of the race? We needed to control the play better. Blowing leads, and falling behind before we even settle into the game killed us. We've got young players here, it happens. 3. What in your opinion did we right in the last match and need to hold on to, to proceed? We got the puck on the net by any means necessary. When you're behind, you can't be fancy, just shoot, and chances will come from there. 4. With the regular season finished and Draft approaching, let us know how you experienced your time with the Hounds. I really enjoyed it! Thank you to the hounds management, fans, and of course, my teammates, for making my stay enjoyable and memorable. 5. We implemented the 'Bone of Destiny' for this season. What are your thoughts about it? I like it, it makes sure people are looking at games, and is a small reward. It is hard though when people don't know who each person is, and when the user does not have discord. 6. What could N0HBDY and I do, to make the Hounds an even better experience for you/new players? I know it's a tall ask, but I'd like to see some team graphics/game day posters/jerseys etc.
  8. in honour of the man stepping down as agm, @osens
  9. I know a bunch of people do this same type of vhl.com article, but I'm super busy this week and this is the easiest thing I could think of. Anyways here are some thoughts/talking points I have on the VHL lately. 1. Warsaw made the playoffs! Although we are the last seed in the European Conference, I believe we still have a fighting chance against any team in our conference. Once again, the battle to stay out of the EU play-in round came down to the final day, and once again included Warsaw, Prague, and Davos. We came out on top last year, but this season we will face Davos in the play-in. We were 3-0-2 in the regular season against Davos, so I am optimistic. 2. This is the latest I've ever waited to cap in my VHL career. I usually have most, if not all, my capped stuff ready to go for Monday morning, but even having a free week last week, the holidays have just been such a busy time for me. I feel like when I have some time to relax, I need a nap lmao. Hopefully I have some time today to get a graphic together. 3. Vasile is an absolute phenom. I have no idea why he is dominating the VHLM like he is, but I am definitely not complaining. Hopefully he's still scoring like this when I add more to checking, which I 110% am going to do. Keep that in mind, GMs. I've had a good time in MIS, other than the god-awful not-for-me logo, it's cool. easy 260 words
  10. 1. What is a personal goal you'd like to achieve this season? I said 90 points before the season, and smashed it! So I guess from here on out, winning at least a playoff series. 2. What is a best way to celebrate a victory? Hanging out with the boys after the game, doesn't really matter where. 3. What position are you hoping/expecting for to go in your draft (either VHLM/VHLE/VHL)? Anything other than 1st overall would be a mistake for other teams. 4. Judging by the presents your player got for Christmas, has he/she been on the naughty or the nice list? Vasile was on the nice list. He finally upgraded from a cage to a visor, thanks to santa. 5. What are your thoughts on the multis which were revealed during the past week? Honestly surprised there are so many, you'd think they'd be checking that regularly. It's lame though. 6. Are you happy with the build of your player or do you regret some decision you made during your career sofar? Yeah, I'm fine with my build. Hoping to add more CK once I can, to build the ultimate checking-scoring forward.
  11. Usually watching the times square one, this year watched the Canadian CBC one.
