HELSINKI, FINLAND - With Blade stepping down and the VHL draft just days away, Helsinki was in need of a AGM, and fast. Jubo quickly sent applications across the league in his efforts to find an AGM fit for the position with the Helsinki Titans. After a brief, but intense search, he found one. "With Blade stepping from the AGM role, we quickly wanted to fill the role. Since being drafted to the Titans, Patrik Laine has been an exemplary member of our community and a steady force on the ice. Now entering his fourth season we saw the opportunity of bringing Laine, a now veteran member of the team, on to the management team. We have so far had a very successful off-season and are looking forward to working together for seasons to come." Jubo said, in a press conference, welcoming the newly-hired AGM into the arena. "It was an absolute blessing to finally get my shot, especially within an environment I'm already comfortable in" Said Laine, in an interview. "All I wanted was a chance at some sort of GM/AGM position and to be able to AGM in Helsinki is a dream come true. I can't thank Jubo enough." Jubo and Laine made quick work at the draft, bringing in Aurelien Moreau and Gustislav Nasherov with their first round picks, as well as signing one of their mutual good friends in Venus Thightrap in Free Agency. 1. I'm playing at the WC and training/GMing at the WJC, along with running my ProAM so it will be a fun time. 2. I'll be tuning into both, definitely. 7. Homemade easily. 8. Offseason time! 1. This season, the offseason is 2 weeks long. With the extended offseason, what do you plan to do with the extra time? 2. Will you be tuning in to any of the major international hockey events (WC, WJC)? If so, which one? 3. What do you believe is the best part of the offseason from both a player and management perspective? 4. Is there anyone you think we should have on our radar for the upcoming VHL draft? 5. Very true. We don't leave this just up to ourselves, as we have lots of resources that will be readily available where professional help is provided. We are prepared for the fact that in truth, we cannot handle every situation. This is why we make sure that links and numbers that directly lead to professional help are present in our server. I appreciate you stepping up with that comment, though.

Over the last few days, I've put together a few people on the staff team and put a few things together. The server isn't completely done, with some work to do, but I think it is enough to the point where we can open it up. I hope this becomes a vital part of the community and helps the well-being of VHL members. The discord server that has been put together is a place where members can leave their troubles at the door and just have a good time with other members or if they are in search of help, people can talk with them and provide various resources. We are hoping to make this a staple of the VHL community. Especially with everything going on right now, this is a place where are members can feel comfortable and loved. 1. Venus Thightrap definitely. We've had a good relationship for years and played in the WJC together a few seasons ago. It would be a lot of fun to play on a team with her at the VHL level. 2. Pushed them hard in training. No matter how good you think you are at something, there is always room for improvement. 3. I wouldn't say it impacts it too much. The outgoing GMs definitely let the incoming GMs know about what they were building. 4. Scoring and Skating. My condition is already through the roof due to my addiction to laps. I was so pissed that I finished 3 points away from 100 so I want to try and push my point totals over the top next season. 5. I think I'll be in the same spot I was this season. I don't mind where I play, I have to make the most of my ice time. 6. I completely get it from a standpoint of giving some of the newer users experience in an AGM role, as it is good to see fresh blood move into those sorts of positions, but Helsinki is gonna feel a lot different next season without Blade leading the locker room. 7. Surprising as it may seem, I don't miss calls. I don't get called too often, but when I do I always make sure to answer. You never know what the person may need. 8. Warm lighting. It just feels a lot better than the bright lights. Generally, both types of lighting are situational, but the warm lighting is just better in my opinion. 9. I just live every day and enjoy every moment. 12. I know I have made some sacrifices before, but none immediately come to mind. 13. Probably the older sibling.
