With 2 kids and thus way less time to focus on me I hit the heaviest I’d ever been back in November. Been trying to eat better and hit up the gym 3x a week since then. I’m not perfect every week but I’m trying. So far only down about 10lbs but given that things feel as if they fit better I have to assume some of that is also muscle growth.

I don’t remember the exact timecode but just to mention as I always do from the awards rant: a lopsided vote does not necessarily indicate a complete consensus and that other players weren’t considered as much as they should have been. Some awards have a lot of debate and it just happens that the votes fall on one side of that debate a disproportionate amount. That doesn’t mean everyone was in immediate agreement at all. Also I do agree the awards should be presented in full in the OP; at least after the “show” if nothing else so they can all he viewed quickly without the opinions of others if they so choose.

Season 92 Experience Points Congratulations to all @Members for the completion of another successful VHL season, as well as to DC for taking home the Continental Cup. As always, with the season finished, all VHL players have earned some more experience based on the length of their campaign. In addition, anyone who participated in the VHLM or VHLE in S92 is eligible to claim 3 Experience points. How to Claim Claim experience in the Player Management area by clicking the 'CLAIM UNCAPPED' button, select Off-Season, then select Experience from the dropdown. Enter the amount of Experience you are eligible for as described below and link to this thread.  Once approved, the Experience will be added directly to your player's experience attribute. You do not need to apply it yourself.  NOTE: YOU CAN NOT CARRY OVER EXPERIENCE POINTS EARNED BY A RETIRED PLAYER ONTO A RECREATE  POINTS Full VHL Season - 5 Points Partial VHL Season - 2 points (Less than 72 GP in VHL, unless due to a trade) Playoffs - 2 Points Finals - 1 Point VHLE (Any Amount) - 3 Points VHLM (Any Amount) - 3 Points Example: The Frenchman played for DC and won in the finals. They get 5 for a full season, 2 for playoffs, and 1 for finals. It’s not as constantly evolving as you might think. Every season 20 new questions are added and the old ones are removed. So if we allowed 4 questions to everyone we would need to double the amount of questions we add.
