1. Toronto is in fire-sale mode. Do you think you'll be traded? Most likely, I did a little scouting and LA, Chicago, Riga, and Malmo could use a little help on the wing. Although, I wonder if I didn't go in the first wave then people must not be interested. 2. What do you expect from the S80 and S81 drafts? It'll be really interesting with the VHLE coming into play. I wonder if strategies will change because of it. 3. What do you think of our 'sim luck'? Odd! I never really understood the sim engine and this year only further confuses me. 4. Which trade were you least expecting? I wouldn't say least expecting but I didn't think you would be able to get back as much as you did for Mikey Harris. It was a good move to recoup as much as possible considering the timing of the retirement in the original trade. 5. What would your reaction be if Toronto somehow made the playoffs? I would be shocked. I am not hating the boost the personal stats but team success this season is going to be more difficult as conference opponents gather more talent. 6. BONUSES are on the table next off season... what would you like from the player store? I have only been saving for depreciation fighters.

1. What do you think about the Legions' season so far? Pretty disappointing and frustrating recently. We have the offensive abilities to score but we cannot seem to keep the puck out of the net. Some of it is luck because we seem to win by a few goals and only lose by one. It's still early so I have hope so the NA is so tight. 2. Any opinions on your players performance? I am 90% pleased with my performance. I am at nearly a point a game, good amount of hits, solid shot %, and good play on the special teams. I would prefer a better plus/minus. 3. NA 'seems' to be stagnating. Which team do you think pulls away from this point on? The Stars and Bears are the class of the conference but I don't see why we can't keep pace for the 3rd seed. 4. Were you surprised with our start or did you think we'd 'fall back to Earth'? I was surprised with the start and I thought we'd slow down but not to this extent. It has been really rough recently, hopefully we can find some consistency. 5. As a sim engine what are your thoughts about STHS? It's okay. My 2 complaints are that it seems like there are only a couple of builds that are actually effective and there isn't a "highlight" sim mode so that the simmers could show a select matchup or 2 in real-time. This would be amazing during the playoffs to build up suspense. 6. How many wins do you think Toronto will finish with? I might be going out on a limb but I think 40 wins is reachable.

1. Our team is right about in the next tier after the perennial conference final/semifinalists. We can still shock them though...we shocked people last year by not making it to playoffs. 2. Hard to pick just one but I think that Klamasteris is going to walk away with some awesome stats. 3. Superstitions and predictions don't mix. 4. I really do! The playoffs are not the bar for success but the baseline. 5. McLaren is the first scoring option on this team so it just make sense that he will end the year as the top goal getter. 6. Scotty is the quarterback of this team and will not only lead the team in assists but will finish top 5 in the league.

1. Good personalities to go with solid skillsets for the role players. Moreau is the real get of the offseason. 2. It was very unluckily that we didn't make the playoffs last year. If we can't make it again this year I'm protesting. 3. I didn't. There was a time when I was interested in more of a leadership role but it is getting more difficult to manage everything now that US is opening up a bit more. 4. Looking to be another big regen year. I hope there are enough players for both high end talent and a each player to get 2 players of depth. 5. There always is. Obviously we have some going on here. Life comes first and doesn't always wait for a pristine time in the offseason. 6. Anything from the Black Keys or the Strokes would be good by me!

1. I think the Montreal was going to fail to show up in one series and it just happened to be the last one. The Lightning are a tier above everyone else and they showed it. 2. It is so hard to repeat and all of the respect to Seattle for doing the impossible. 3. I didn't because I hadn't been trading to Toronto. I was more focused on Helsinki. 4. He is one of my favorite people in all of VHL and it was a classy move from a classy guy 5. I think our player stepping may not have arrive yet.... 6. McWolf will do fantastic job and I have no doubt about that.

1) It was a really rough way to go out after getting the series lead first. I'm sad and hurting. 2) I would have thought Laine would show up as the leader for the team in the playoffs. He wasn't that far off. 3) Umm, before the playoffs, I didn't think that were anywhere being favorites, maybe 10%. 4) Unlikely but I'd love for one of our vets to grab one. 6) I think it would be able to make a trip to Japan after the season. 7) We will see what management thinks I should work on. I am currently just saving for depreciation.

1) We are in an intense battle with Prague and Malmo, do you think we avoid the play in round? It is going to be tight. We need a touch of luck in order to make it happen. Crazier things have happened... 2) Who has your vote for team MVP thus far? My initial favorite Onde has fallen back in the race and it is really Aloe Dear's to lose. 3) What will be your focus over the next week as we prepare for playoffs? Hoping to gain momentum by scoring a couple of goals before we go into the playoffs. 4) The Titans made a big trade early in the week acquiring star dman Erik Killinger. What do you think he brings to the team? He brings us the experience, wantingness to win, and a top pair skilled defenseman that we have been missing. 5) If the team were to play any other team sport, what do you think we would be great at? That is a good question, I think I'd be best as a Small Forward in basketball. Athletic and! defensively minded with some scoring ability. 6) What do you look forward to most about the off-season? Time with the family, I need a vacation badly! Although, I wouldn't hate it was cut short by a championship celebration.

1) Do you think you have been performing up to your expectation this season so far? Not exactly. I have been saving my progression to battle skill depreciation later one but I think I might need to work on something. At this point, I am not having a better year than the one prior. 2) Who do you think will lead the league in points by the end of the season? It's a really tight race. I think that Onde Sandstrom will be out the trifecta from Chicago and Aloe Dear. 3) Right now we are sitting 3rd in the European Conference. What are the odds we catch London (3 points back), or even Warsaw (10)? We are still favored over London to finish second. It'll take quite a lot for us to catch Warsaw but it is possible. Maybe 12-1 odds. 4) What is more impressive in your mind; league leading goals for or goals against? Goal against because luck usually is on the side of the scorers. 5) Would you rather lose 10 games in a shootout, or win 5 in regulation and lose 5 in regulation? The second options has a lot less heartbreak and is easier on the body haha. 6) Do you think gorillas could ever learn how to play hockey? The fighting part should be easy. I can see a gorilla being somewhat familiar with a stick in the wild so that isn't too far off. The big question is skating.

1) What are your personal goals for your player this season? - I'd like to be in the top 5 of at least 3 stats on the team. 2) What do you think are some achievable team goals? - Making it to back to the conference final would be the point in which I would call the season a success no mater what. 3) Who has the absolute worst dance moves on the team? - I am for sure! Tone deaf and unable to carry a beat is a deadly combination on the dance floor or karaoke stage. 4) Who are you rooting for in the NHL playoffs? - I was rooting for the Caps when they were in it. I'd like to see a Canadian team finally win it. 5) What is your opinion of fighting in hockey? Not enough, too much, or just right? - Hockey is in a good place with fighting at the moment. The way hockey is currently being played with such speed, when people are getting hit, the collisions are massive. Fighting helps to deter taking such leeway. We have evolved from where the game was 20 years ago where we had dedicated fighters without any skill. 6) Top 3 kinds of cheese, go! - Manchego, Smoked Gouda, and Cheddar.

1) We have had a pretty good rivalry with the Predators of the past couple years. Our regular season matchups hold a little more weight and our eventually playoff series are grueling. 2) Why can't it be this year??! I think we will get one within the next 3 years. 3) Is chili a soup? It's probably a stew but if it can count as a soup, chili for sure! If not, homemade chicken noodle soup. 4) It's a tough call between Driver and DanDan. Gotta pick the goalie over everyone else. 5) Cup! Always the cup. 6) Probably Blade's end of the season awards. 7) I think they are both pretty average.

Review: This is a really great take on the banner. I'm going to lead with my critique: the effects on top of the graphic shouldn't have gone on top of the text. It isn't the main part of the banner so it need all of the clarity it can get to be legible. I like how you pointed the players towards the sides of banner they are represented on. I like the background, the header, and organization at top. This is the sort of banner that could work with the just top of the banner or the champions text and below, which is a sign of good branding. I'm a huge fan! 9.7/10

Review: Solid sig IR! I like the claw effect and how it layers behind her head and hand as well as the name. The text has a fun angle to it and something I don't see all that often. The nighttime overlay should have been placed with the moon and stars a bit higher up, it looks odd in the middle. I also think that something like a bar "|", space or dash between Bears and Seattle would look better, it doesn't read as it should with the 2 "S"s next to each other. 9.33/10

1- What is your best memory from last season? My best memory from last season was signing Venus. She was a great addition to the team and even thought it was short, she helped up reach the finals. 2- Who do you sit beside in the locker room? I sit next to Valt and the open locker for the deadline signing. It's been fun to have a new locker buddy each year by being posted up next to the open locker. 3- How important is playoff experience to you? Extremely! Being clutch and playing under stress is a learned skill. Playoffs are 100% clutch moments so the more we can play in the playoffs the better we will be. 4- Name the best concession food you have had in a sports facility. Good question! I like local sandwiches so anytime I can try the local fare between 2 pieces of bread, I'm a happy guy. 5- What do you do to pass time on a plane or bus ride? I love to play cards and they are my favorite to chat and pass the time during trips. 6- Are you playing any video games over the offseason? I haven't been playing much of anything recently. I did get back into some old school Gamecube and Wii games through an emulator. Mostly Kart and THPS games.

1) The offseason tends to be a boring time without training. What do you do to stay motivated and busy? I actually appreciate the time revisit how the year went and how to improve on the next season. Having a few weeks of training to focus on general improvement versus reacting to games is great. 2) Is there anyone in particular you practice with during the offseason? I like to get back to my adopted home of San Diego and work out with the VHLM players. It's fun to play a little seriously and just work out there. 3) The WJC and WC usually get underway during the offseason. Do you tune into those at all? I am a big WJC fan. Having players only being able to compete once or maybe twice makes for a lot more fun. Plus it is a great way to see burgeoning players shine that weren't able to have minutes in the VHLM. 4) What did you make of our efforts against the Seattle Bears? It was much closer than the series looked from a games perspective. Maybe that makes it hurt more...I'm proud of the team. A couple of different bounces and we could have taken 1,2, or 3 of the first 3 games. 6) How big of an achievement is it to get to the finals with such a young group? It's great but sad that we couldn't get it down for Jubo! 7) What are your individual expectations heading into next season? I'd like to build on the 25 goals and hit that again and maybe even flirt with 30 goals. I would really like to see a massive jump in assists and a positive plus/minus.

How do you bring your intensity up to match a team that has had the success Warsaw has? 100% it is the only thing you can do within reason. You don't want to go over board but it impossible not to get hyped up. 9. Who is most likely to win the chirp war between Helsinki and Warsaw? We might be one of the more awkward teams in the league. We like each other and enjoy our jokes and chirps but it ends there. 10. In mighty ducks fashion, how would you vandalize the other team's LR? Ooooh! Simple one's are usually the best. Maybe some ghost pepper sauce in the water bottles? Too mean? 11. If Helsinki was a pokemon what pokemon would we be? The younger players are Nidorina and Nidorino with the vets being Nidoqueen and Nidoking. One big fighting family of Nidos. 12. What pokemon would you say Warsaw is? They are Hunter, Ganagar, and Gastlys. They are sneaking and can come out nowhere like predators...get it!
