besides, I had a pretty good year this year in the minors, so if i stay down , it can be a nice ego stroking year for me lol

Well the new VHLM cap is 200 right? I do have the max 20 coming from the VHLM tracker this season and then training camp as well. 

Currently at 161, so 191 after those three. Once I update next week (likely just welfare + GM pay. maybe a 590), I should be at 200. 

I have no problems going back down and warlocking my way through the VHLM, if thats what you want though.
