Hard swap Machamp to Skull Bash Arbok. I doubt he wins this fight, never mind getting an attack in on Gengar, but he’ll switch to Knock Off if he gets that far by some miracle of mathematics.

 

More likely I’ll have Rapidash to come in to spam Fire Blast to finish snek and start damaging Gengar. Hopefully enough for Gyarados to swoop in and finish the job with Hydro Pump.

Rapidash takes out Umbreon in 1 hit! Bug power!

Arbok tries Crunching Machamp twice... It's not very effective! Machamp Skull Bashes the snake into oblivion!

Which means Gengar will have to deal with Machamp first...

Glaceon sizes up Charmeleon and freezes it with a series of Blizzard and Bites. Charmeleon retaliates with Flamethrower, but Glaceon was able to attack first! Glaceon with with 19 HP remaining.

Gengar takes it out.

Jynx comes out swinging though with Psychic! Takes out Gengar in 1 hit!

Venusaur is all that remains... Venusaur uses Solar Beam! Jynx survives with 15 HP left. Jynx uses Psychic... Super effective!

Venusaur eats the Sitrus Berry. 111 HP remaining. Takes out Jynx. Can it beat Lapras?

Lapras opens with Hydro Pump... Not very effective but takes Venusaur down to 49 HP. Venusaur uses Solar Beam. It's Super Effective doing 280 damage! But Lapras is still standing with 24 HP! Lapras uses Ice Beam. It is super effective and Venusaur goes down.

Gengar gains 2 levels and Venusaur gains 1 level.

Wartortle starts off strong against Onix. Takes it down in 2 hits! Poliwrath is trickier though and it takes Gyarados Hurricane to finish the job! FInally, Machamp comes out swinging and takes out Gyarados. But it can't stop the cheesy tiny Gastly! I better fix that before the next game!

Charizard uses Dragon Claw. Does Lance think Venusaur is a dragon?? Venusaur gets a solar beam off before falling.
