  2. LA STARS PRESS CONFERENCE MARCH 10TH , 2022 ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I've severely slowed down on these pressers due to the implementation of revamped trivia and game recaps. Do you want to see more frequent press conferences again or are you content with the amount of earning currently available? 2. How are you liking the new point task options? 3. The season has concluded, we traded for Degroot at the deadline, and play Calgary in the first round. Thoughts on how our regular season panned out? 4. How do you feel about the "meta fix" - new hybrid attributes coming into play next season? 5. Have you been following the NHL? How is your team doing? 6. Any bold VHL playoff predictions? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
  3. What???? You mean you didn't crunch the numbers enough to figure out the new meta yet?

Game 557 Recap VS The London Meta blow out the lowly Chicago Phoenix 6-1 with That Dude leading the way and opening the scoring, notching 2 goals in the first for London. London's OP meta rookies shined once again as Avens, Colours, and Godlander all found themselves on the stats sheet. The lone goal scored by Chicago was from Sunrise van de Schubbekuteveen in the 2nd period, and was his 50th of the season. Chicago's bot goalie made a stunning 60+ saves but still got shelled. This game is the obvious result of a meta build playing against a tanking build.

  13. So I've already claimed my theme week TPE via job pay but wanted a chance to participate in this before the week is out. So without further adieu, here is my historic dream team: LW - Josh Vestiquan (S6): No questions here, my first HoF and cup winning player gets the spot. C - Kevin Brooks (S6): Undoubtably Vestiquan's #1 rival from his draft class, Brooks and Vestiquan went toe to toe throughout their careers with many storylines surrounding them. Ultimately they both become HoF'ers. RW - Sam Pouza (S17): My worst player ever, played for the lowly New York Americans while I ventured into inactivity (such a bad franchise smh). Held the record for the highest minus (-) stat for the longest time, might still hold it tbh. He gets the nod here for redemption purposes. Playing alongside Vestiquan and Brooks would definitely reignite this guy. ---- D - Tui Sova (S78): My current and highest TPE player ever. Sova has won a cup so far and is leading the blue line on the LA Stars at the top of the standings in S82! D - Hard Markinson (S78): The other top Dman from the S78 draft class. Some may consider Sova and Markinson rivals, others may call them fierce competitors. Whatever it may be both of them on the blue line would equal domination. ---- G - Jesus Christ (S1): My first ever VHL player, and legendary Hamilton Canucks goalie. Jesus saves. *article includes graphics from deep in the photobucket vault*

  15. Congrats dude!
  16. Ayyyy!
  17. Awesome piece, I enjoy the unconventional render placement, and how you made it look like a painting with all of the filters and grunge effects. Your jersey/colour swaps are on point as usual, and the lighting works well to highlight the focal points. I feel like you are really loving being on the bulls and creating graphics with their colour scheme lol, you're bringing justice to that mid tier logo for sure. Overall Rating: 9/10

    Games: 311-324

Game #315: Dragons @ Reign The infamous L @gorlab opens the scoring for the Dragons two and a half minutes in, but 20 seconds later the Reign's Miklavz @kelvihas an answer to tie the game 1-1. Riga would score twice more in the second period, and D.C. once more to bring the score to 3-2 for Riga after the first 20 minutes of play. The first period also saw many minor penalties, and a huge tilt between Donny Carter and Nathan Steele. Steele was gushing with blood and headed to the room shortly after, with presumably a broken nose. The second period opened up with Carter coming off the hype of his fight and finding the back of the net. Tallinder would also score again for Riga. The fight in the first completely sucked the life out of the Dragons as Riga decided to play the trap for the 3rd resulting in no more goals, and Riga's 5-2 Victory. Game #316: Dynamo @ Nighthawks No goals in the first period for these teams, as both teams came out flying seeming to solve one another's efforts at every stop. Cobberson opened the scoring for Davos in the second period, assisted by line mates Bates and Glass. Six minutes later the Nighthawks wake up with Tsarov finding the mesh after a sweet saucer feed from Mourning @scoop. The third period was all Malmo-- Or should I say all Taylor Mourning @scoopwho scored a natural hatty, the last two goals assisted by assistant captain Minion @Minion. This seals the victory for Malmo against the rebuilding Dynamo, an assertive 4-1 score. Artem Tretiak @Molholtalso put up an impressive .933 save %, backstopping Malmo (as usual).
