How's life man? What's your current interest level in the VHL(1-10)? If a member retires a player and it has a detrimental effect on the team he was on, is there any issue with that member taking the next season off and then returning with a new player? Or is that just part of GM'ing so tough shit.

Do the Bears players all hate me now? If I create again, do you recommend a particular position or role for the player? What currently active member do you think has had the most significant contribution to the VHL's success?

I haven't read every post so I apologize if this was mentioned before, but will this possibly mean(for good or bad) more players not going the full career?

You should be glad that those bad dudes left. The VHL is much safer.
