I like Bob's Burgers.

I came here to make art and some special members are why I stayed. I am not super concerned with sim results and as long as my player makes some kind of positive impact to the team they are on I am happy. I want to keep that vibe going forward and continue to max earn the best I can with the art I make. I don't get to do much of that at work so it is great to have this outlet and all this source material!

I will be changing my goals for my next player to give myself more variety. Maybe to simply be the best at faceoffs or be a player that gets a rebuild team back into contention. Maybe most hits or just shots blocked. Cups are obviously great but I feel no need to chase them. Running to teams that are consistently competing doesn't really appeal either. I think I'd rather be a part of getting a basement team to a wildcard spot rather than just be part of a cycle of players that make their way through the best teams. Just got to find your own motivation and in the end, you can do likely do pretty well with only a 1000 TPE player if max earning is no longer appealing.

My god the insufferable mouth pieces who all of a sudden have major concerns about another teams moves and come back to old trade threads to whine about something they have no control over just to try to make someone feel like crap is quite telling of the type of person you are in this league. Move on already. Your opinion won't reverse this trade. I only hope Lucy doesn't take any of this garbage to heart as chasing away a top member in the league doesn't bode well for its continued existence.

I like seeing the numbers, especially yours. I was secretly hoping you would take a look into this and at least come to some kind of actionable conclusion if it did seem like Simon was coddling wildcard teams but in the end it seems to be just the way the cookie crumbles. I accept the results of it all either way but it is fun for discussion. The best teams don't always win but they especially hate to lose to teams they think don't deserve to win. And to think, these series aren't even over yet. Crunch me some numbers on coming back from a 3-1 series deficit!

I am happy you are sticking around even in a limited capacity. You've done a lot for the league, especially for new members, and just having you as a "simple" member like myself is all anyone can ask for with the kind of busy life you have going on! Good luck with that as well. The list of things you want to do but don't have time for grows quickly but it also means that within that list are things you are REALLY excited to do when you do have the time. Here's to finding a new status quo!

YouTube is definitely the way to learn. I'm self taught but have always used it for work so I've had plenty of opportunity to find out new things but I always get stuck on new stuff since I only need certain aspects for work.
