Thanks for the answers. I'd love to read some of your stuff. Can you direct me to your fb page or twitter? I have a friend who's working on a number of science fiction novels and I've always been interested in writing and do it for funsies so I am a big supporter of authors' writes. (hoho see what I did there?) Yea I never really got going in the SHL. I suppose I'm just a VHL guy but maybe once I've finished my degree (End of April) I'll be more inclined to give it a proper go. What I have always encouraged my lockerroom mates to do is post the article in the lockeroom and teammates can proof-read it for you. I've done it before and as long as there's at least one member who is willing to do it, it works out great! My suggestion is that the team creates a "Proof-read Thread". This way, you'll be able to see the corrections, learn a little more, and not have to worry about the grammar so much as part of the grade.
