What is your top 10 favorite games of all time?

I am curious what everyone's favorite games of all time are. I also am curious what platforms you grew up on and if you are comfortable with sharing what year you were 10 years old.

For me I played on a PS2/PS3 and was 10 years old in 2013.

So this post reminded me that I made a post back in 2016 of my top 20 games, which would've been when I'd had the following consoles: Mega Drive, Game Boy Colour, PsOne, PS2, PS3, PS4 (Although that would've only been out for a couple years then), PSP, PS Vita, Wii, Xbox 360.

As for the games you picked @nurx, I've played (for a significant enough time to judge em):

 

MGS3 - Liked it a lot, I gave MGS V the nod over it at the time cause MGS V had really good gameplay, but I'd give MGS 3 the nod on story, that's probably my second favourite MGS

GTAV - I liked GTA V when I completed it and I went on to complete it on both 360 and PS4. Haven't gone back to it in a while, but it's still a great game!

Little Big Planet - It's a game I've always admired, but never properly got into it. 

Burnout Paradise - I enjoyed my time with Paradise, it's a very fun city to drive around in, probably got the most hours I've put into one of those games. It's not in my top 20 just cause while I enjoyed it, I never got super invested in it, but it's very fun to jump into

This game is so hard for me though. Like i remember loving it to no end with zombies with all my friends staying up till 4-5am on weekends, but I do not know if I would enjoy playing it today. I know I would enjoy playing all of the games in my list today. Besides maybe LittleBigPlanet and Burnout Paradise.

Will admit this is likely a super heavy nostalgia pick. It came out when i was 5 and really was the first video game I played a lot. I honestly don't really know if it was LBP or LBP2 that I liked more, but I know that it led to way to more memories than I know.

I have this game on PC and I enjoy playing it every so often, but I am not sure if I were to play it today if it would make it to my list. I loved the game and it really was a game that as a kid I really let my imagination run wild. I would go to the baseball park and do stupid stuff there despite looking back at it now I probably was just going in circles, but to me I was playing car baseball. I also remember never being able to take control of any roads, but after playing for the first time on PC I took control of like all the roads and they were Gold for me. I don't how the system works, but I probably was just unable to drive as a child.

I actually never have played MGS V since I don't really play on consoles anymore. I really do need to because of how much I love MGS as a series.

This game is really on the list because of GTA Online. I played GTA Online a lot during the pandemic and honestly probably is the game that I have played the most with some of my closer friends. It is one of the few games that could bring together all of my friends and let us do a bunch of stuff from having shootouts to racing down streets.

Yeah it'd def be worth a look, on PC at least it goes on sale quite often for less than $20.
