Obviously the same rules would apply where the TPE weekly cap still controls your usage so you can't dump all your saved TPE at once to make a super player. Just gives another option other than to bank against depreciation. Could also put a savings % portion in it if they wanted to. Thoughts? Basically over the course of 2-3 players I could "save" enough TPE to give myself free weeks on the 4th player or something for a month or two.
